You removed my Ashes of Al'ar and suspended me and i believe this was wrong. There were definitely more than 2 different argue-mental sides to this Case and you DID NOT take this up with me.
Here's what happened: We begun the Tempest Keep with a druid, a shaman, and myself (a warrior). The only way i agreed to go was for me to get the Pheonix mount if it dropped, and for the shaman to get the Transmogrification claws of the pheonix, so i agreed to go. On the last boss, Kael, the druid friend left. So the shaman friend and i both began spamming our real-id for people to come help us kill the last boss. Once we found our next person to help, Crazed (Rogue), as soon as he joined the party, i put on MASTER LOOTER. MASTER LOOTER was on the entire time we killed the boss. He even KNEW MASTER LOOTER was on the entire time. In skype he said: "Oh i don't care, it wont drop anyways." and when it did he became COMPLETELY hostile and pretended like i ninja'd it. I would like to see his ticket if possible at all, because i believe that whatever he said is blown out of proportion.

The other 2 people who were in the party can validate that master looter was on the entire time.

*This whole thing sprawled out of immaturity when Crazed (Nick Sanchez) figured out that the Pheonix did indeed drop, he was perfectly fine with not getting it before, and when it did he just blew up.
***So my closing statement is: I'm requesting my account not be suspended for any amount of time, and i request that either the item is given back to me, or nobody gets the item at all.

EDIT#1: If you were to check the chat logs, you would clearly see all sorts of hurtful things that Nick Sanchez said on his character Crazed.

EDIT#2: Also, Jack Cardullo (turdburglarr@yahoo.com) has also been harassed by Nick Sanchez also, most drama has been created by him not getting his way. Which is why he probably sent a really blown-out-of-proportion ticket to get me suspended, and get him the mount.

EDIT#3: Here's a picture displaying proof that Nick lied to get himself the mount. In the picture you cannot see it but somebody asked; "was it really worth getting Colten banned?" His response is displayed as "Still got the mount idgaf", of course i don't need to go into detail what that acronym means, but you get the point. He says "They called it a loot compromise" because he knows he lied in the ticket JUST to get the mount, this is all libel on Nick Sanchez's part and i feel as if he doesn't deserve the mount i actually worked for, and was promised.

You solved almost nothing, it's almost like you didn't read what i worked so hard to prepare. You say "we have confirmed our initial findings via our own logs and the loot rules you yourself made." I've presented SO MUCH MORE. And the "Loot rules you yourself made". MY Loot rules were, " The only way i agreed to go was for me to get the Pheonix mount if it dropped, and for the shaman to get the Transmogrification claws of the pheonix, so i agreed to go." That excerpt can be found in my first paragraph, explaining the issue. I asked you to check Nick Sanchez's chat logs, because if i remember, he told me to go kill myself because i'm worthless. I gave you evidence (the picture), i gave you people involved and people you can contact who were involved (Jack Cardullo, Garrett Hamilton, and Will Peacock), so there's NO way that you did another search to "confirm initial finidings" because there's ALOT more to look at then just him winning the mount. Especially if you can't see how he DOESN'T care about me being suspended, as long as he got the mount. Isn't that a little fishy? Looks like a little immaturity right there. Please conduct a reasonable search with the INCLUDED materials that i provided. Those material are again:
