Alina's Journal - September 12 2018

September 12, 2018 - If you thought yesterday was quiet... Just wait til I tell you about today! I got to battle with Ian and Iggy kicked Frosty's frozen butt! Sure we had a typing advantage and all that but Ian had that really cool Mega Evolution going on. I haven't seen anything Mega Evolve before today! I wonder if I'll be able to use this to my advantage. Oh yeah! Speaking of which. Travis asked me to go on an adventure with him and I said that I'd be happy to join. I'm a little nervous about meeting his family. I'm the worst with first impressions. Maybe I can write a speech or something, write dialogue prompts on my hand when I run out of stuff to say? Aww geez. I can't help but feel like this is going to turn into a disaster. I got to see Zips today too. I really miss him even though he just ignores me now. He was fighting with Jade about something again. They're both claiming my life right in front of me and don't even consider the fact that I should have a say in these things too. I'm sick of people choosing my path for me. I'll make my own life for myself and that's that! Maybe this new quest will be just the thing I need to get away from all these jerks. We aren't weak anymore. I'm ready for whatever they're willing to throw at me. I can make my own monsters too. Just never had a reason to unleash them on the world. Now I do. I hope they're ready for me.
