alright well heres what i wanted to talk about,  you know i feel a link with this whole fc not just with the house but you guys too, I hated the way that got out of hand with R'llo it never should have gotten to that point and he should have just been kicked in the first place when i suggested it, and Anj had to catch the back draft from that because of a failed decision. I just dont want this to end up like the last fc  lol, i know choices are hard to make, they can be tough.  the last FC leader in charge didnt want to make any decisions when it came to this and i feel like thats a reason the FC failed he just gave up and bailed on us and im not saying that will happen i just really don't want it to.  I'm all for the relaxed friendly fc i mean i wouldnt want anything to else, but when the time comes to act we need to be able to act.

That's fine and well. Here are my opinions on the R'llo matter. When you brought him in, invited him, you spoke to me about the burdens that he dealt with in the FC beforehand. I am one for allowing and creating a place where people can grow and have the ability to change. By the time he left I was at the end of my string with him. Yes, he would have been removed. The reason I chose not to kick him when you suggested, is because time and time again before this you talked about how you didnt want to kick him. I didn't want to either. I also spent some time talking with him, after the issues that you and anj had with him, when your relationship started. I expected you guys, as adults, to talk this out civilly with him.

I was not aware of the "backlash" that anj was facing. If she was stressed out, she could have come to me to talk, too. She didn't. You did. I understand that he was bothersome, and yes, it became apparent that he was not going to change and that he had to go. Our last major talk with him was the last warning, and I think that was clear.

Bottom line is that he left. I won't point fingers about who was being rude to who, knowing that R'llo is, and has been, a passive aggressive guy since day one. But Anj, on the last day, was openly rude in direct reaction to him, and that was not something to be aired in FC chat, where other people would chime in and defend something they knew nothing about. I'm not priivy to any private conversations concerning this matter, and he was going to be removed regardless after the way that was handled.
As I said the night that it happened, I expect people to act like adults. I'm not here to babysit personal grievances. I don't pay my sub to do that. Neither do you. Yes, I agree there should be a system for removing people that are troublesome, and this was the first incident we've had. Nothing is going to happen to the FC because of it, unless you and Anj feel you were treated poorly here, and decide to leave. You should not let him bother you, especially now that he's gone and you guys have told him your opinions of him. It's over. He's gone. He isn't coming back.

I want to be able to act, yes. I usually have no problem kicking people for being disruptive or annoying or downright toxic. I don't tolerate that kind of behavior. But the only reason that this dragged on so long in the first place was influenced by the fact that I was asked to give him a chance. I did.
I agree that he should have been kicked when it was suggested. I can agree to that now -- but he was given his last warning at that point, and was not. -- Nobody should have been taking backlash from anything.
Going forward I would certainly like to avoid situations like this.
But I won't have any problems putting my foot down if I need to. However. I am not the only officer or person in working administration in this FC.
I believe that it falls on the shoulders of everyone in that position to make these choices and decisions competently and without bias if they can help it.
