         Often times it seems to be forgotten that there's a big difference between IC and OOC, between Characters and Players. I've noticed a bit too often lately, players are being treated poorly. There's a couple of things that we should keep in mind when playing in this Multi-User Shared Hallucination that we are in:

1. EVERYONE has the right to play here. As long as policies and rules are not being violated, they should be welcomed and allowed to play and enjoy the game.
2. EVERYONE's creativity is welcome. There should never be a monopoly on RP time, event scheduling, or any other system. If you want to be a jerk in-character, that's one thing - but don't bully people out of character cause you need more attention.
3. EVERYONE deserves to feel safe, and enjoy their experience here. The game should not cater to one or two players - everyone's safety and enjoyment should be equally important.

         Bullying takes many forms, and it's not always outright verbal abuse or attacks against you. It can also be emotional manipulation, reverse-victimization, or attempts to emotionally isolate people through use of guilt or over-dramatic reactions. Take a moment and consider how your reactions OOC may be impacting others around you, and lets be better.
         We are all writers, creative and incredible - and we all deserve a chance to contribute what we want. If you are feeling bullied, or forced to act a certain way cause you're worried about emotional manipulation or if you're just being outright harassed, please see staff. They take policy abuse very seriously on this game, and YOU MATTER.
