My country's mental health services are a joke

So this stream break was for the sake of my mental health, which was admittedly in the shitter. I expected to come back around today because yesterday, I had my first appointment with a licensed health worker who can prescribe medication for what I believe is undiagnosed ADHD. However, in my meeting with the health worker yesterday, I was told that not only was this person not qualified to give me ADHD medication without a diagnosis from a different professional, but that to even get anti-depressants/anxiety meds, I'd have to go to a *third* health clinic to get a check-up in the first place. This whole process is stupid and expensive (screams in American). Still, I think coming back before I've at least made some headway in this would be a bit irresponsible, since it's the reason I took this break in the first place. When I come back, I'll of course be doing some Ratchet stuff ferda, and I also wanna dive into a bunch of horror games because I'm a scared baby bitch and that'll be funny.
