* Entire map surrounded by water, the terrain itself is a somewhat square island
* A small chasm running through the center of the entire map along a single axis, 25 blocks deep and 20 blocks wide, with an island in the center surrounded by a circular chasm

Biomes:
* Rocky beach shoreline, some areas rocky/cliffy, some areas smooth shoreline
* Large mesa land
* 2 types of forest biomes (oak forest and birch forest) with lakes and rivers
* A mountain range with snow and boulders
* Lots of islands dotted around the map
* Dead area with patches of brown grass, dead trees, patches of stone

Price: $330, 50% downpayment, completion time: up to 2.5 weeks

Terms of service:
* All transactions are to be paid through PayPal Friends and Family
* All payments are to be made as payments of USD or the equal value of USD in your currency
* I require a 50% downpayment on most terrain (unless it's small, or if I'm going out of town)
* No refunds ensured (I will refund you if I have made a serious error, but I will try to resolve the error first. I will not refund if I have completed the map to the agreed specifications.)
* If you chargeback or find some way to revert the payment, I have the rights to sell the map or distribute it for free
* If you cancel the deal when I have already started, I will keep a fair amount of your downpayment for the work I have done
