  1. The white sun ritual
  2.
  3. The purpose of this practice is the achievement of absolute purity. The removal of all negative paths, by unveiling all of them to you, showing you which set of possible paths lead to your actual salvation. The ritual is not a set performance of specific practices, but it is a set process.
  4.
  5. Preparation
  6.
  7. Set your mind with the intent to perform the "white sun ritual". Spiritual beings around you are always reading your mind. When someone is doing a spiritual practice, they look closer at you. By expressing what you are intending to do, they can help you in the process.
  8.
  9. Begin by creating an undisturbed environment. Turn off electronic devices or leave them in another room. Close doors around you or pick a spot outdoors where you will not be bothered by any person or other disturbance. If you have a meditation program you usually do, a yoga routine or other spiritually tuned practice that you know will put you in a good state of mind, start by performing this once.
  10.
  11. If you do not have such a routine, you can follow this simple procedure:
  12.
  13. Lay on your back with legs straight and feet shoulder wide apart. Arms a little bit out from your sides, palms up. Relax and just breath. You may feel tension appear in your chest or abs, let that happen and remain like this until the tension disappears.
  14.
  15. Without changing position, turn your hands palm down, move our arms closer to the body and press your palms down into the ground/floor. Raise your body up by moving your heels closer, so that you form a slight bridge. Remain like this and put your hands behind your neck. Press your hips and your chest upwards, until your muscles start being uncomfortable, then return to the relaxed position and remain until the tension is gone.
  16.
  17. Raise your legs straight up, pressing your feet upwards as if trying to put them against the ceiling. Let your back remain in contact with the ground/floor. Remain like this until you feel you are "done". Return to the laying flat position.
  18.
  19. By now you should be relaxed enough for the actual session.
  20.
  21. Pick any meditative stance you feel a comfortable strain while holding. This can be burmese lotus, quarter lotus, half lotus, full lotus, zen pose, sitting on the edge of a chair, or you can remain in the position of lying on your back, the dead man's pose. Tantric positions can also be used.
  22.
  23. The process
  24.
  25. Visualize the bottom half of your being as a deep pit or well, endlessly opening up downward. The further down you look, the darker it gets. You may even experience a foul smell. This is the direction of degeneration, but also of the end of this process. If the bottomless pit keeps going long enough, any material thrown into it, will go through a chemical process. It will be refined. Retain this idea and move on.
  26.
  27. Move upwards in your visualized space, you will find that the pit is a bit outside of yourself, a bit in front of yourself, below yourself. Keep moving backwards/upwards and you will start experiencing sunlight coming from above. Visualize a white sun above yourself. It's higher up than any other existence. By relaxing your mind completely, maintaining awareness of the "comfortable strain" of the meditate position you chose, you will start floating upwards.
  28.
  29. This is the main process.
  30.
  31. Remain here until you experience reaching the sun. Set your mind to actually do it. Let all negative ideas, old resistance and anything coming to stop you, go into the pit and dissolve somewhere far down below yourself.
  32.
  33. You will reach a point when the opposing forces of the pit and the sun will become very strong, like two magnetic forces in your mind and body. When you reach this stage, press forward and drive them apart. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to half an hour.
  34.
  35. The process ends when the two opposing forces separate and you can experience the sun forming.
