What am I doing?
I am working on a butterfree TAS for yellow. I will be running the game with a caterpie I catch in Viridian Forest, then evolving it into Butterfree and using it for every battle.

What is a TAS?
A TAS is a Tool Assisted Speedrun, which you go frame by frame, creating a "perfect" scenario for the entire game in order to make it the fastest possible it can go. There are lots of TASes out there, feel free to look them up they're super cool to watch :)

Why Butterfree?
If you know anything about my channel, it's the meme that brought life to my channel (unfortunately), and I thought it would be a dumb, but funny idea to make a TAS for it. I had help from TIKevin83 with the intro and up through catching caterpie, but after that is going to solely be myself working on this. This will be a difficult learning curve to begin :)

What fight are you working on?
Currently, I have rerouted most of the game, and I am backtracking to Cerulean City in order to optimize my run to the fullest ability. Since I've done most of this already, it won't be terribly difficult to get up through Koga :)
