Pick Seel as starter

Remove NEVERMELTICE from Seel

Catch Long
Move Fly to top move slot and put LONG in lead
Fly to Azelea and:
 Sell NEVERMELTICE and Balls left
  pick up 6 Super Repel and 3X Escape rope

Fly To blackthorn go to cave and collect waterfall
 Fly to Violet City go north west exit and collect rock smash
  Fly to New Bark go up waterfalls and collect booster ball after rocksmashing left side is booster ball
   Fly to Cinnabar island and get Candy

Fly to blackthorn Go to Mt. Silver cave Catch Moltres Obtain Steel Wing and Candy
Victory Road: Go to Indigo Plateau exit and return to victory road pick up 3 candy Fall in hold on left go onto the strange spot put cursor on moltres Collect Mirror Ball Press Select to toggle follow off use escape rope

e4 Building Visit 1: Deposit LONG and Seel into PC Select Nuzlocker SS Option Use Mirror Ball on SABER and select Move (any)
