In battle she's usually shown honor, halting when her opponent is injured...rather than finishing them off....usually.

Users of the Hyūga clan's dojutsu are able to see in a near 360° diameter field of vision, with an exception of one blind spot. The dojutsu is virtually unaffected by tools with blinding effects, walls, and other obstructions. However, some barrier techniques can obstruct its visual prowess. It can determine the chakra affinities of targets. Users are also able magnify targets to a cellular level or see great distances. Fū currently is able to see approximately any where between twenty-five kilometers away in great detail. However, excessive usage causes strain on the eyes.

Fūton: Revolving Heavenly bullets

Type: Supplementary, Ninjutsu.

Rank: B.

Range: Close / Mid.

Performing: Requires Bird seal, ox, and lastly ram. The jutsu has many similarities to the Hyūga's hiden technique: "Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven." After weaving wind chakra in her guts, Fū spins herself simultaneously releasing the chakra from her maw. Whilst spinning she creates an almost perfect replica of the dome shape its parent jutsu creates. The dome shoots rapidly produced "bullets," in every direction.

Chakra Cost: low.


Advantages: There aren't many advantages, aside from the unpredictable nature of the bullets and the power behind each one. Her technique keeps incoming projectiles away while also providing some defense with a perfect blend of offense. It has the capability of pushing targets, or sending projectiles back in a random direction.


Weaknesses: While a Fūton copy of its parent technique, it is not an "absolute defense," as the latter has been commonly called. Compared to the offensive power behind it, it's not meant to protect her against powerful ninjutsu.

Fūton: Heavenly Vacuum

Type: Offensive, Ninjutsu.

Rank: B.

Range: Close.

Performing: Requires Ram, Ox, and lastly Bird. Similar to its sister jutsu, Fū kneads chakra, however sucking in air rather than releasing it. Combined with spinning at high speeds this creates a vacuum effect -- pulling in targets rather than pushing them away.

Chakra cost: Low.

Advantages: When used in coordination with gentle fist, the technique can be quite effective. It can be used to Pull in targets whom possibly aren't comfortable with close range combat(Long range fighters, poorly trained taijutsu shinobi, etc.) Due to Fū being quite comfortable in this field it can be used to turn the tide of a battle in her favor.

Weaknesses: Unlike "Revolving heavenly bullets," the technique does not create a protective dome around her-- leaving her exposed. A major downside of it however, is the range. Targets have to be in a close vicinity, because the farther a target the weaker the suction. If the technique is not used within its proper range, targets have a higher chance of escaping.

History

“Are you sure you want to do this?” A man’s deep masculine vocals chilled the soul of any who listened. Ko Hyūga. Dressed in his noble black robe, met the gaze of his lover; His lavender featureless orbs locked a gaze with her own.
“Yes.” She replied in the most simple and straightforward way possible. A voice gifted from the heavens, soft and gentle monotones, mimicking an angels. Mei Hyūga, Fū's beautiful mother, dressed in her pink kimono and sandals, while her husband remained bare foot. Her clothing hugged her ample womanly features. “I see no need here anymore, not because of my hatred for Konoha. It has been home to our clan for countless  generations -- Birthing many formidable and legendary shinobi.” Just like that he voiced his respect, even though he lamented the village. “Albeit soft,” He continued. Time and time again the defenses of their home failed them, enemies lay waste to the civilians and shinobi. Maybe, Ko feared for his first and only child? Masking that emotion with lament and hate to not seem weak. Mei nodded, she fully understood the consequences of deserting. A risk she was willing to take, if it meant for the protection of the baby girl whom was sound asleep in her arms, Fū. Named Fū because she carved smiles on the faces of many; Believed to have been born smiling, rather than with tears. Not long after, the couple left with their only child. Eventually being added to Konoha’s bingo book. Maybe a foolish mistake?

This is how the story of the young nomad started, running, for most of her childhood. She only knew of an “evil,” that hunted her mother and father, an evil that hid behind decorated masks and battle gear, the ANBU. Specialized ANBU teams for hunting missing-nin, and not bringing them alive either. Due to this, young Fū and her parents moved around constantly.  Packing their bags and moving their “home,” with them(Usually items for a camp.) For the most part, Ko  and Mei were good as a team, fending off anbu didn’t always prove difficult. Sometimes they all got a break of a few weeks, months, and a blessing of a year or two. Fū trained just like any other shinobi,taking on missions with her mother and father, Ko, felt as if it was the best way to learn – learning experience early on. These missions were jobs that small countries and villages allowed outsiders to freely partake. In between missions Fū learned to perfect the gentle fist and its sister techniques through intense training under her father's watchful eye.

Due to the constant travelling, Fū saw most of the world, however never visiting the five strongest countries capitals. It was in the western end of the continent, under the scorch and beyond the endless mounds of sand where Fū's family found solice just after her 12th birthday, seemingly tracks went cold for Konoha's anbu forces, and they ceased all missions to capture the couple and their daughter.

By the age of sixteen Fū virtually perfected the gentle fist, and by eighteen left on her own to find her own path. With her parents blessings, she went off on her own -- like a baby bird leaving the nest.

Nothing major happened between then and her adult years. Gained small amounts of fame by helping others for RYO, sometimes free of charge. Run-ins with infamous criminals were common. She joined the Hashi boys at nineteen, and despite its name was one of the few female members.

Now she sails the ninja world as Koúgetsu's loyal first mate.
