  28. it's around 25 percent damage for elemental weakness in giving and getting damage = 25 percent more so works out to be like 50 percent back and forth

  32. it's the same process , the difference is that rank up requires 2 of the same job class to give 1 star to it.

  38. every star gives bonus in battle only, 1 star gives 2 stat bonus to all the six stats of your units in battles only
