How would Michael look like?

I don't think there's a whole lot in the actual bible about the relationship between Michael and Lucifer. Lucifer in particular is barely present, he's like mentioned as having a garden near Eden, and all the later stuff about how he's the devil is just pop culture and weird conflation of different names and entities. But in the modern day he's generally thought of as being Michael's brother, Michael probably looks like Lucifer minus the spooky sharp teeth/any other minor "monstrous" details to the design. Pic related.

This makes me think of Ouran High School Host Club.
---
Lucifer has such a significant brother complex against Michael that after being booted from Heaven he began to emulate the personality and style of Michael, such as adopting his sharp grin and possessive attitude

Why the fk do they all have the same body type.

yeah Vivziepop sht in general is all abnormally skinny men or women with pointy teeth with the exception of a few background characters. sort of like that demon that disguises herself as a cute chubby black girl during the concert part of episode 3 https://youtu.be/RghsgkZKedg?t=514
