CG's initial proposal:

At the beginning of every month, there shall be a google form open to all knights and higher ranks created by the Minister of Statistics. 80% of shards received shall be split evenly among those applicants. At the midpoint of the month, shards from people who are not using them will be seized by the state and redistributed.

The remaining 20% of shards are for new users and awards given at the IC’s discretion. The awards are given at the end of the month and the shard prizes are paid out at the beginning of the next month.

TL;DR: 80% of tokens are split equally between all knights that apply, ic gets 20%

Mia's Proposal:

On both the 1st and the 16th of each month, 12500 of the shards are split between all Purples who put their name down for it in a google form, all Purples will receive the same amount, aside from people who have received awards, and an award is equal to ½ of the split and as well as this the shards would also have 3 portions left behind for new members who may join.

In the second half of the month, shards that are owned by Purples who don’t want the shards they received in the first half or are no longer active will be added to the 12500 to be divided. Purple’s who want shards again and had received shards in the first will have their new portion added onto their previous portion, meaning any leftovers or earnings will be kept.

There should also be things we can do for Purples who do not earn any shards and spend a large amount of them, which may be in the form of being given a smaller number of shards or being heavily encouraged to do something to make shards. As well as this, there could be a benefit given to people who make large amounts of shards.

TL;DR: half of the tokens are split, twice a month

Rosa's Proposal:


1) Allocation of Shards will be split with 2/5 going directly to IC project  funding (10,000) and the remaining 3/5 (15,000) to the circulation of funds among the Imperium.

2) Purples will earn either per commision or via salary, defining such as:
a) Per commission: the Purple in question may do a task for the IC, in which they will receive an understandable wage
b) Via salary: the Purple in question will receive a continuous pay for a continuous work

3) the individual Purple has the right to use and store and manage their personal Shards as they please

4) The Minister of Finance will be in charge of keeping track of loans (see 5).

5) the IC is allowed to give loans to Purples who apply to it, and the Minister of Finance is allowed to set a just system of loaning to Purples.

6) New Purples (having joined at most 2 weeks prior) are allowed to receive a federal grant upon entering to allow them to enter into the system
a) If the system is just implemented, all Purples can apply. As of April 1st, this rule will go into affect and all can apply. Other dates for such will be amended as the IC needs.


TL;DR: People do jobs for tokens over time

Gilded's Compromise:

At the beginning of each month, each member of purple who applies for tokens will relieve a divided pool of 8k tokens at the beginning of the month and at the 1/2 way point of the month, with any leftover tokens either keeping them for the 2nd half of the month or returning them to the IC, who would add it to the divisible amount of tokens for the 2nd half of the month.

The remaining tokens (9k) is given to the IC (as a whole, not individuals)^A for the purposes of paying individuals for work (OC or other work). People may be paid on a salary, deemed fair by the  MoF, one other IC member, and the member, or by commission^B.

A - the IC is not allowed to use these funds for themselves either in outside or personal use.

B- A member who either does not receive their Shards or feels as though they are being underpaid may make a formal complaint to the IC which will be heard in the courthouse

TL;DR: around 1/3 tokens are split twice a month, ic gets the rest

At the midpoint of the month, shards from people who are not using them and people who don't want them will be seized by the state and redistributed.

The remaining 40% (10k) of shards are for new users, and awards given at the IC’s discretion, and jobs assigned by the ic <insert rosa's proposal here>. The awards are given at the end of the month and the shard prizes are paid out at the beginning of the next month.

TL;DR: 60% tokens are split equally, 40% are given to ic, ic can make jobs
