ODSP review

Hello, to whom it may concern.

this message is in regards to a post review / request for internal review. I am looking to have my medical and financial records audited due to my original Doctor’s ( Nagy Abdel ) negligence. During my hearing I  stated issues that have plagued me since coming to Hamilton as a child under the watch of my mother. I was under the impression that due to my first insomnia diagnosis along with issues and documented problems through out my childhood i would be assessed from as far back as possible due to my illness not being acquired in my adult life but from the age of 3-4 years old. Would I have to request an Internal Review again ? I read online that ODSP re-reviews decisions after a year of being accepted and I am curious as to how the process is conducted. Any and all information in regards to this would be greatly appreciated thank you.
