The last will and testament of Albert Van Der Linde.

I. PREAMBLE

I, Albert James Van Der Linde hereby declare this to be my final will and testament. I am close enough to being sound of mind and body as I write this. Legal council of this matter shall be left to the Foundation legal advisors, whoever they are.

II. DIRECTIVES ON PERSONAL EFFECTS
To Emily Sarah Van Der Linde, I leave my property in South Dakota, my parents Colt revolvers and a single gold bar from my trunk.

To Matthew Harrison I leave my Winchester repeater in the hope that he use it to protect my little girl.

I leave my hip flask to one Pauline Wisniewski.

To Katie and Laura Moodie, I leave my pair of colt peacemakers and belts, along with a gold bar from my trunk each and my scrapbook, which now holds all my diaries and memoirs. They hold all of my stories for Katie, my favorite grand daughter.

The skull inside my trunk is to be destroyed before I am buried.

All other possessions are to be handled as seen fit by my family and friends.

III. TRANSFER OF FUNDS

All currency, inculding that which was obtained in my youth, is to be evenly distributed in seven equal shares to Seth Albert Van Der Linde, Elizabeth Jane Gilmoure, Cheryl Heather Fehn, Alma Trixie Taylor, Emily Sarah Van Der Linde, Laura Moodie and Katie Moodie.

IV. INSTRUCTIONS OF BODILY REMAINS

My body is to buried by the tall tree exactly 52.78 miles South Southwest from Silent stead, New York. My headstone is to be permanently there.

ADDENDUM: If I have not yet done it when I die, someone has to go dance on Fucking Bowe's grave for me.
