toss 252 from top escape rope stack (left with 3)
swap rope stacks 3 times (until you have a x0 stack)
Swap 255 ropes for TID master balls
Toss 1 from options
Swap TM27 to warping
If TID 2 is a click item, swap it with brightness ultra balls
Walk up 1

Open menu
Swap moon stone x17 with top boulderbadge
Toss 4 from moon stone x17
Swap other boulderbadge with escape ropes in TID
Walk 1 left
Catch Mewtwo (No name)
Toss top stack 7 times
Swap top rope stack with top cancel
Swap j. x0 in rival name with earthbadge in x position
Swap pokedex 1 above with full restore x20 in connections
Scroll down to 3f, swap it up 1 and toss 19, then scroll up until 4848 is no longer on screen
Walk 1 left, swap mewtwo with abra
Walk 1 down 2 left
Scroll up, swap TM 37 with max potion
Walk 1 left 1 down
Teach Self-destruct to mewtwo over barrier
Walk 1 right
Swap TM37 with master ball
Swap TM37 with HM04
Swap TM37 with max potion you swapped away earlier
Talk to Giovanni. Psychic, swift, psychic x3

Scroll down to x position
Swap master ball x[block]7 with max potion, then HM04, then toss master ball to 8
Walk down to cinnibar

Walk to tile 1 left 1 down from gym door then face down (Taking a step is ok)
Scroll down, swap 44y[glitchy mess] with money item (some kind of ether/elixir, depends on balls bought)
Use cancel, Jack into gym

Walk 1 left
Swap ultra balls in brightness with para heals in x pos
Swap master ball x8 with HM04, toss 5
Walk 2 right
Swift x2, Psychic, BOOM

Walk 3 right
Scroll down to Rare Candy, use 1 on Mewtwo
If Mewtwo had bad attack (less than 170) use another
Swap escape ropes with ????? below master balls x3
Swap escape ropes with master ball x3
Swap master ball x3 with moon stone x22
Swap TM35 with j. 2 above
Toss 20 from the TM35
Scroll up to TM04
Walk 1 left
Toss 10 from TM03
Swap master ball x22 with TM01 x89 above pokedex
Toss 13 master balls
Toss 5 from RED 1 above
Close menu, face up, talk to Sabrina
swift x2, psychic, swift

Walk straight down to exit
Walk to gym
Jack through invisible wall
Talk to Koga. Psychic x4

Swap escape ropes in slot 2 with the ????? you swapped up earlier
Toss 16/17 super potions (left with 5)
Swap Cancel x[]4 2 below with HM04 below a glitch item
Swap Cancel with Ultra Ball x0 2 above
Swap Cancel with j. x255 below lemonade
Toss 78 from the max potion stack below
Close menu, walk 1 up
Swap Max potion x4 with TM01 x89 above Pokeballs (Don't scroll any higher or you'll encounter a click item)
Toss 254 from the Pokeball stack below (left with 2)
Toss 2 from the j. stack below
Close menu, talk to Erika
Swift x3

Walk left 1 tile, then down until the right-facing trainer goes off the top of the screen
Take 1 more step down, then use Cancel, and move right then down
Walk to water, surfboard to gym
Enter Gym
Walk 1 tile up
Swap Coin Case with x attacks x[]8 in money
Swap coin case again with the second HM04 (below 7f)
Close and reopen menu
Toss 254 pokeballs (left with 2)
toss 2 from j. below
Face right, talk to surge
Swift x3

Walk down, right 1 tile, then down until you leave the gym

Enter gym
Surfboard round the left side of the gym to reach Misty
Talk to Misty. Swift x2

Swap X attack x[]8 with master ball x3 below great ball x0
Swap Great ball x0 with HM04 above
Swap [block]m[block] x72 below ????? with j. x255 below ASH
Toss 18 from [block]m[block]
Close menu, walk up 1
Swap ????? above 3f with [block]g[block] above x attack
Swap Potion x7 with HM05 above ?????, toss 6 potions
Scroll up 1, toss 102 Max revive (left with 1)
Walk 2 left, talk to Brock
Fight Brock. Swift x2

Walk straight down to exit the Gym to the Hall of Fame.
Timing stops on the fade to white after you receive your in game time.
