  1. Hello there! My name is Eric and today I am contacting you about my "Sidewinder X8 Gaming Mouse. A few months ago, in February, I bought my Sidewinder X8 from a local RadioShack. All was going well until a few days ago it stopped working. I have spent a long time with a friend and following the help pointers on your site to see if I can get my device working again but unfortunately I couldn't. Is there any chance of a replacement item? I will be recycling my device over the next few days, as I do with all recyclable electronics. Before I do though, the Product ID from my product is: 00903-545-1295429-01302, as I understand you need this as proof of purchase. I would return the item back to the RadioShack, however I was only offered a 30 day warranty. Thanks for your time
