res has been a real pain to me and my friends. He has been harassing me for things I haven't done, been calling me and my friends names on and off this site and he has even admitted off-site that he recently entered my past mafia game with the purpose of ruining it.

This has gotten out of hand and it has only gotten worse after the whole bfa mess a bit back. I hate having to be reduced to being the elementary 'tattle-tail' but he has become the thing that makes me groan and feel attacked whenever I join or run a game. It like no matter what I do, he has to try and make me and my friends feel stupid when really all we are doing is trying to have fun.

And you know what, me using the "this feels like Elementary School" fits since that is pretty much how he acts, just with bigger words.

I really should have started coming down hard on sreservoir with infractions a long time ago; he's always been a poisonous individual, but he's also been very careful not to do anything quite bad enough to be against the rules (that I can prove was him), so it's harder to justify doing anything overt. That being said, while I can kick him out of ASB, I don't know what authority I have over him outside of that. Buttefree has made it pretty clear in the past that when it comes to on-forum discipline, she wants to consider only on-forum infractions. So if sreservoir is bothering you off-site but at least appears to be leaving you alone on the forums, then I think she would say it's on you to block him from wherever else he's showing up and just put him on your ignore list here or something. It's your mafia game; it's totally within your right to deny him entry or kick him out or whatever if he's being a problem.

If you really feel like he's harassing you and your friends, like if you don't have the ability to block him/can't get rid of him and he keeps going after you off-site, I can ask Butterfree and the other mods what can be done--but ultimately since what he's doing isn't on the forums, then about all we can do is say "stop it or we'll kick you out of here," and even if he were banned that would have no effect on his ability to go after you elsewhere.

You mentioned name-calling here on the forums; anything like that you can and should report, even if it's in a visitor or private message. That at least can be acted upon. As far as mafia goes, like I said, you don't need to let him join your games if you don't want to; if you've told him to get out and he keeps posting in a game thread, that would be infractable. On the other hand, if he's just joining all the games and that's preventing you from enjoying them, then about all you can do is get together with your friends and make your own games that exclude him. Things that happen off-site I can't really help you with, but if it's become a serious issue, then if you present instances where he's harassed your friends outside of TCoD I can take them to the rest of the mod team and see what they think of the matter. One of the vms I received from him pretty much has him calling me a idiot, which again isn't new with him since he has been saying the same thing of a cbox for some anime they watch. I have him on my ignore list now, and Colours even reported one of his vms.

As for the Mafia scene. I didn't know at first that he was aiming to poison the game, giving him a fair shake because I felt that even a annoying guy like him could be civil in a game. Later on a find out that he pretty much pulled every string he could to puppeteer my game and suck the fun right out of it, even going s far as using a song for the game (it was Song Choice btw where you posted a song and get a role made from it) that had no translatable lyrics just to mess with me.

It was because of what had happened, colours was poised to kick him from her game (the sequel to my song game) if he tried to join.

Then there is the creepy fact that he likes to stalk us off-site on out tumblrs and the like. This whole stalking thing started mid-way through the bfa thing with him looking up our IP to see where we all lived, right down to the very town. He is...how can I out this. He makes me feel uncomfortable.
