- Mitsuo knew it was inevitable. The fact that he would soon run out of the resources he had found around Earth, it's not like there was an infinite amount of Resources to be had, and eventually he would run out of funding for his research, and for anything else he would need. This was a huge, huge problem that he would have to rectify.. Laying in his bed, he would begin to think.
- He could of course, just gather the resources on the surface of various planets. Or from space. But without a proper way of locating said resources, he knew it wouldn't go too far. Sadly. He shook his head. "It would take years to gather the resources, when it will already take years to do my research! I don't wanna waste away, acting as a Janitor!" He chuckled at the thought, and relished to prevent it by any means.
- "I could beg for it..." He thought that over, but it seemed unbecoming of him. He didn't wish to rely on Random Resources forever to fund his research. But he definitely didn't want to rely on other people he didn't even know. It would be so unbecoming of him. And that did NOT set right with him. Gritting his teeth, he began to sit up off of his bed, kicking his legs over, laying them on the soft carpet.
- His blue carpet brushed against his feet, as the ticking clock jammed up for a moment, only to fix itself, via the technology Mitsuo had put into it. It could sense the Electromagnetic waves around the planet, and adjust the time on the clock accordingly. Nifty, since he hated to adjust clocks. And having something that would so fo for him, put him at ease a bit.
- Walking out of his room, he found himself in his kitchen, where he grabbed an apple, pulling to his now parted lips, as he took a bite of it. "Heh..." He muttered as he chewed, thinking about the apple. A shell, that hides so many valuable nutrie-... He stopped. "A shell. That hides valubles. A shell... That hides... RESOURCES?!" He realized, that he had to dig to get resources before, way in the past. What if he could AMPLIFY that?
- Apple in hand, he moved towards his lab, and plopped down on a stool in front of his table. He quickly finished his apple, and tossed the Apple Core. He would dispose of it later. He pulled a Hand Drill towards him, and looked it over. "If I remove the drill itself, and used the modules of the Handle, but amplify their size. Technically... I could make a bigger Drill, a faster, better one!
- Using the tools from his toolbox, he would dismantle the device. A drill head, a complex system of wires, and smaller pieces of tech, which simulated the spinning motion of the drill. And the scrap from the drills aluminum handle. "Aluminum would be more flexible for what I'm wanting to do," He decided, standing up, moving to the back room, popping open a crate. He pulled out multiple aluminum sheets, and one steel sheet, for durability. Dragging all of this back, he would plop it down onto the floor. "Oh..." He ran back, and grabbed two more steel sheets. "Drill head, right."
- He chuckled at his own stupidity for a moment, and began to work. He started with the steel sheets, and carefully crafted them into a very large Drill Head, using the design of the smaller one as a basic. He rolled it on the ground, to see how well it would spin. It rolled well. He then tested the tip. just from touching it, it cut his finger. "Yeah, that's what I AM TALKING ABOUT!" He got super excited. But making this thing spin would be a more complicated system.
- "This had to be done, then any risk I take will be a lot safer than they would be prior to this." He would have to do this! He began to scan the modules that made the smaller drill spin. "A simple gyration system, connected to complex wiring. IT would be connected to the insides of the drill, and trigger centrifugal force to cause the drill to spin. He could definitely make this larger!
- He went to work, using half sheets of the Aluminum, to make the module frames, linking them up together. He used a smaller version of his Gravity Machine, to trigger a lot of force int the drill. It was just a little touch he added. The excess gravity would force the Drill to spin faster. The mechinery would lock up, and twist in on itself, to allow the drill to actually spin. He made sure to make it as compact as possible ,but knew the device would be very large. It was inevitable.
- He began to drag the modules, and the drill head to the center of the room, as he use his blowtorch to rectify the problem of a case. He made it so he could link the wires all around the drill, to a small generator, to keep it powered. The Generator would charge as the drill was off, so he could manually control It's power! He dragged the STeel Platings to the center of the room, beat them into a different shape, then melded them together around the modules, and device, leaving a large hole at the bottom left of the drill, with a clasp in place for the drill head. "There we go.."
- He began to roll over the drill head, pushing the machine on it's side, as he pushed the butt of the drill head into the machine. A clasp would be heard, and the machine kicked on. Not. What. He. Wanted. He jumped back, as the drill began to slowly spin, picking up speed. He rushed forward, to the right, and began to press at the modules. There was already a hole in the floor, that was getting bigger. He was freaking out. He made it so the drill would magnetize anything underneath, and slowly lower it'self deeper, and deeper. IT COULD GO FIFTY FEET UNDERGROUND WITH EASE! After a few minutes of tampering with it, he finally shut it off, redoing the software to allow for him to shut it off, and turn it off easier. But there was already a hole in the floor.
- "I really, really hope you do your job properly..." He gritted his teeth, a bit angry.
