We have not had a chance to update those for a long time because we do not have a person to do that kind of paperwork

since we've updated other sheets, I didn't realize it we didn't intend to update this one
full disclosure, I'd love to update them, but I'm having a very hard time wrapping my head around the process involved (this is an area where I am very much so a "learn by doing" person, but a step-by-step writeup would probably suffice as a next best thing, if you've got time to do one)

It's a basic mail merge in word, nothing fancy
Just the general Word help file will get you there
That's how I learned to do it
We have updated the _print_ sheets but we haven't updated the character folders since we could have Kate do it
