As you enter through the gates, you immediately feel everything slowly get sharper as loud cheers and ambient noise fills your surroundings. Bright lights are suddenly shining on you from all directions in every color you can imagine. Tall buildings with glowing signs lit up by multicolored mage lights surround you at every angle, with whizzes of light rising up above them before exploding in the sky in a burst of color. Multicolored birds in colors that are less than natural fly around and land on the shoulders of people in the large crowd, narrowly avoiding acrobats flipping on rods suspended in the air to soar above the sea of people. An artificial river cuts through the city, carrying people swimming until it reaches a large ferris wheel not too far down from where you are, being propelled by the water to spin as it carries people underneath the water before they come back up wearing bead necklaces. Far in the distance you can see a large, luxurious mansion that is a clear center point of the city. You have to see the Owner here, but there is no real rush as far as you all know.

As each of you reach the top of the ferris wheel in turn, you get a gorgeous view of the city at large, between the fireworks going off around you and the rainbow lights shining off the silver columns of the Mansion, it's all just stunning
