Choi Myeongso is from an above average family of three. Eversince she was a child, she has always been a lively person. She likes to make friends and participate in activities. When she was eleven, her parents had a divorce because of the constant fights and her father's apparent affair with another woman. She took it hard, but eventually she accepted it. Myeongso had stayed with her mother, as she loves her dearly.

She was fifteen when her illness had surfaced. A sudden drop of energy that she at first ignored as she was just tired. Eventually, sleeping in classes had been more frequent. Her mother was so worried about it, so they went to the doctors. Myeongso was diagnosed with Narcolepsy, which changed her point of view forever. She didn't let it control her life, as she tries to keep up her lively disposition. Then, her mothet decided to send to the Young Renegades program, thinking it would help Myeongso.
