  20. -After hitting the seed, start by doing the movement shown in the video until you are under the rich boy
  21. -start the menu timer (16150 on flowtimer) right as you hit right (note: you MUST do this and the previous step in slow gear or else this manip will not work)
  22. -do the tweak and open the menu right when the timer hits 0. it doesn't matter what how you do your movement as long as:
  23. -you don't break the rock smash rock
  24. -you menu at the correct time
  25. -your step counter doesn't overflow
  26. -to figure out your step count:
  27. -take your step count from the poketec step counter,
  28. -add 106 (the approximate amount of steps taken before the poketec step counter starts counting)
  29. -subtract how many steps were steps taken (all of the following will add a step to the poketec step counter but don't actually count towards your actual step count)
  30. -as a repel wore off
  31. -after walking in front of a trainer and starting a battle,
  32. -as overworld poison wore off
  33. -modulo that by 128.
