  1. Palamades says, "If you ever need any training... Im sure I could provide something."
  2. [10:10] Palamades says, "Im not the strongest myself..."
  3. [10:10] Palamades says, "But Im not the weakest either."
  4. [10:12] Eakna Almusta says, "Hmmm well how about we head somewhere to train."
  5. [10:14] Palamades says, "Id be down."
  6. [10:14] Palamades says, "You mentioned not knowing magic..."
  7. [10:15] Palamades asks, "Want me to use my fists?"
  8. [10:15] Eakna Almusta says, "indeed... erm. I mainly want to observe your magics."
  9. [10:15] Eakna Almusta says, "I want to cast my magic using my cards... which take enchanting"
  10. [10:15] Palamades asks, "Enchanting eh?"
  11. [10:15] Palamades says, "Im a runescribe..."
  12. [10:16] Palamades says, "Im no novice but Im not... An expert by anymeans..."
  13. [10:16] Palamades asks, "An adept?"
  14. [10:16] Eakna Almusta says, "I'm around that level as well"
  15. [10:17] Eakna Almusta says, "allow me to show you what I mean..."
  16. [10:22] Eakna would pull out the stone card he had been working on for Lightning Trap. He had made a couple taking certain aspects that could be it's downfall out. One making it have less lightning but more potent lighting. One to make it have less power and leave a longer lasting lightning trail. Then one just like the ones before it.
  17.
  18. "So this card... it's supposed to act like Lightning trap. I have no affinity to any magics really but I still think I can cast spells without needing that affinity... so I'm making these." He said holding up the stone card for the girl to see. "I pour my mana into the card and charge the runes. Which will cause the 'spell' to happen."
  19. (Eakna Almusta)
  20. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  21.
  22. [10:25] Palamades stood there for a moment, leaning forward and observing the kid.... So he channeled his mana and stored it into cards... Storing it for later use... That wasn't a bad idea... Even one that could be used to make a decent chunk of change should he perfect it...
  23.
  24. "Im not going to lie... Im impressed." The woman said, taking a step forward... She wasn't using her blade... Though the fomorian stance she took was obvious... It was unmoving like the mountain... Her body surrounding itself in an earthen shell.
  25.
  26. "Perhaps in time, a honed user of such an item... In tandem with their ability to fight... Could become greater than someone on equal footing without such a thing." The woman admitted with a shrug...
  27.
  28. "Either way... That is neither here not there..." The woman said as hardened rock surrounded her knuckles.
  29.
  30. "Where were we!"
  31. (Palamades)
  32. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  33.
  34. [10:33] Shit seemed he was gonna be flung into a fight without any ability of his own he couldn't even be sure if these cards would work well in the fight. He stepped back nervous and unsure but then held his card pridefully.
  35.
  36. "Fin- FINE! Let's duel!"
  37.
  38. He was very unsure of himself. He'd have to be steady and just hope that he could not make a fool of himself.
  39. (Eakna Almusta)
  40. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  41.
  42. [10:38] Palamades wasn't intending to break bones... Though some flesh wounds were definitely to be had... nothing life threatening or even that major... The fight was one sided of course... Palamades didn't hold back aside from not using a blade.
  43.
  44. She charged forward, throwing a-- rather large hunk of white earth at Eakna, which collided with his feet. It then slowly began to harden in place, keeping him held down for a few moments.
  45.
  46. Long enough for Palamades to surround her fists in stone and charge, releasing punches akin to a boxer attacking a punching back. There was no mercy... As was to be expected from a black lined Oscuri… Though she didn't kill him... She knew when to stop...
  47.
  48. The moment she saw blood she stopped, the marble around his ankles would have softened and she prepared herself for the next round, waiting for Eakna.
  49. (Palamades)
  50. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  51.
  52. [10:46] As he saw the piece of rock getting flung at him he tried activating the first card in his hand. It begun to glow brightly before it combusted sending sparks and rock destroying the card completely and causing severe burns all over his hands.
  53.
  54. When he felt the stone grasp at his feet he looked down at it. A hand? That was quite interesting. It kept his attention on it him distracted as he tried to analyze it before BAM a hook to the face. Well that would hurt.
  55.
  56. The pain from each stone fist was quite annoying. The feeling of getting hit by a brick wall was all that was happening to him pretty much. He would put his arms up to try and block some of them but it was very sloppy. No technique to it.
  57.
  58. By the time blood started to be seen he felt the fists stop. Seemed Sam did know when to hold back.
  59.
  60. "Great... so that card was a burst..." He said rubbing the burns on his hands. Then touching a bruise. He knew the next round was about to begin. So he grasped his last card praying and hoping that it would work properly.
  61. (Eakna Almusta)
  62. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  63.
  64. [10:51]
  65. {LOAD GAME}
  66.
  67. [10:58] This one seems to have lasted a bit longer. Palamades held back a little, but the result was still the same... The combo was still around the same... Sound to disorient the enemy... Earth to hold them in place... And her sheer strength to overwhelm them in place.
  68.
  69. A marble block formed in Palamades hand and she once again threw it Eakna, this time wrapping around his chest and slowly climbing down to his feet like a snake.
  70.
  71. Next a bombard of fists, ended in a powersmash that had Palamades surf on Eakna's back across the dojo floor for a moment before a quick hop and offering him a hand up.
  72. (Palamades)
  73. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  74.
  75. [11:04] The sound was disorienting him making him lose little bit of focus. Finally though he got himself together seeing the stone fist fly towards him. He would activate the card and bam he'd be launched backwards away from it. The marble fist missing him entirely. The card though would crack in his hand and he would land well at all. He was put off balance.
  76.
  77. Before he could regain himself he was sent flying across the dojo floor after a bombardment of fist slamming into him.
  78.
  79. He saw the friendly hand reaching down to help him up. He had played his last card it seemed. "Well... that was interesting." He'd state looking at the cracked card. Maybe he needed to make more durable cards.
  80. (Eakna Almusta)
  81. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  82.
  83. [11:09] Palamades says, "Oof."
  84. [11:09] Palamades says, "Good job though."
  85. [11:10] Palamades says, "Thats a good idea if ever Ive seen one."
  86. [11:10] Eakna Almusta says, "Seems I need to make stronger cards..."
  87. [11:10] Eakna Almusta says, "Maybe mythril."
  88. [11:12] Palamades exclaims, "Oof! Ive got to go real quick!"
  89. [11:13] Palamades exclaims, "I forgot something!"
  90. [11:13] Emily Bell says, "Okay"
  91. [11:13] Eakna Almusta says, "Ok..."
  92. [11:13] Eakna looks at Emily awkwardly.
  93. (Eakna Almusta)
