-equip ring in elevator and heal

-get nearest proud knight soul
-get great club
-moveswap with great club for quelaag
-pull lever, use soul, kill ceaseless, bone back to parish

SIF

-35 strength(level 25), buy crest, +5 club
-RTSR setup by taking two direct lightning hits, then falling
-stone armor, hornet ring
-rtsr moveswap sif
-get sifs soul, bone back

IRON GOLEM

-duplicate soul of sif 4 times, then consume original(total of 5 uses)
-with total of ~104,000 souls, level up strength to 50(level 40)
-+5 bow at andre with remaining souls
-RTSR setup through boulder(no armor) and archer
-get soul on roof, consume it, buy 6 black firebombs, rest on green blossoms
-kill iron golem
