Any previous punishments on HCRealms?:
No, i have not had any type of punishments on the HCRealms Network because the server has not really come out yet.

Any past experiences in being a staff member:
SolitudeHCF - Trial-Mod - The Server was Shut Down during the 2.0 revamp because The Server  and the owners were just not on the same page and would always argue so the Owners Just decided to shut the server down for good.

CloakMC - Mod - The Server Is  going Off and on so i have decided to resign until The server get it together and get back in good working form.

PowerHQ - Main Owner - I was owner on this server and i still have all of the files and if i put it into a server i would have a good HCF server but it didnt have a anti-cheat getting around 50 players on SOTW there were too many hackers and other people, on the end of SOTW the server crashed because of all of the entities placed the server could'nt handle it so i decided to shut the server down.

CyanHCF - Mod+ - The Server Was Shut Down because the server was Not Payed for and there were no players on after SOTW (6-10) on a good day so the Owner just said goodbye to the server.

RevilHQ - Mod+ -  I do Not Know where the server is the Staff team is really horrible and Young (12 and younger) and the owners can make up their mind so i don't even know what i am but as of last week i am a Mod+ so that's what i am going off of and staying with but i did resign because they did not know what they were doing.

KrakenHCF - T-Mod - I was an amazing staff member and the server was doing amazing aswell but i was requested by my mother to go on a roadtrip with her in 30 minutes and i was just such in a rush i did not think about telling StimpyRefill For Counteracting about it so i just went on with my day and when i came back i was demoted.

Why do you want to become staff?:
Why Do i want to become staff On the HCRealms Network? Well there are alot of reasons why, I want to become Staff of HCRealms becuase there and going to be alot of players needing assistance on the Server and i want to be the person to assist that person. But the main reason that i want to become staff on the HCRealms network is because There are players know as Hackers and Cheaters and i want to be that person to stop those People Before Any Other Staff member Does. I also want to be staff because when someone is complaining in chat i rarely see a Staff Member go and assist that player so i want to be that Staff Member to go and assist that player. I also want to become a staff member because i love helping people get through what they need help with and Assist them in the most friendliest ways that i can. and While i am playing on a server i always wonder if a staff member feels accomplished when they help another player or just feel the same way as they always felt, Because when i help someone i always feel better inside because that is 1 less person that is needing assistance. But whenever it comes to Cheaters i take is a little more serious and do the best i can to stop that cheater in its pathway to help out other players to get them to have a good experience with the server to know that someone is always there to watch over them so they so get killed unfairly. But unless without proof i can not help that player. But it is up to the Owners//Head Administrator  to decide or tell me what the ban length or the ban type they shall be banned for. I do try and strive to keep the server Clean and Toxic-Free so No Player has a bad experience with the server and it will always stay Positive For Every Player Even Staff Members. (I am not dedicating my life to The HCRealms network as I am hum too and have things to do in real life.)I want to become staff of HCRealms because there are alot of people that need assistance but there is no staff online to help that person so i want to be that person the assist them for their assistance becuase then the server will get negative rep and i do not want that to happen because HCRealms is a really good server and i think alot of people can agree with me. I also want to become staff member because i love helping people to get through what they need help with and i will help them in the most friendliest way that i can i am not a toxic player and never will be and never plan too. I feel like whenever I help someone my day was made because i was there to help them before any staff member so that i could help them with what i can do and the best that i can do for their type of assistance. I always wondered what it is like being a staff member to assist someone if they feel accomplished or happy or achieved or just like they did something and nothing really special. Whenever i stepped foot onto this server i was excited to play on the HCRealms server and i was also Amazed of the hit detection and the KB it was so amazing to finally find a Good server. I feel like whenever someone breaks the rules i have to either Warn them or Tempban The or Ban them because i do not like people that are rule breakers or cheaters whenever it comes to cheater i do not get happy that the hacker is just wasting their time whenever their going to get banned and all of the players that they killed will be revived and get tier inventory's back. I also am a big fan of 2nd chances because i feel like people can change their thoughts and actions, it will be up to the owners/admins if a player gets a 2nd chance after getting banned // punished. If i do get a staff spot on the server i will leave a mark (not in a bad way in a good way) to Help the server out whenever The server grows (I believe that it will grow and be a successful network). I will try and strive to help the server grow in players and more. I will also Strive to make the server Clean of hackers and all of the toxic people. I am and i think i am a very good helper and a staff member and will always try to be a good staff member If i become Staff i will staff until my job is done and the server is clean once again. This is why i want to Become Staff On the HCRealms Network.

Why should we accept you as staff?:
Why should you accept me as staff? Well there are alot of reasons why you should accept me and i will tell you them right now. As i read other Staff Applicants Forums They do not do what they say they are going to do and that is not right but i mean What i say and i can hold My Word But. I can also be trusted with alot of stuff without Leaking it or do anything Bad. I Feel like you should offer me a spot onto the staff team because of all of my dedication i will do to the server if i get staff or even if i dont get staff and all of my effort that i will do to the server. But when i  join and read other applications on other servers the staff member said that they are going to do all of this and that but i found that not true as whenever i logon to the server i see the staff member doing maybe about 49% of what they said they were going to do in the application, But with me that is completely different because i will do about 99% of what i say i am going to do and try to be the best staff member on the server. Finally here are all of the things that will make me a better applicant than other players.

Dedication
My dedication to the HCRealms Network will be very high and always will be and i am always giving my 100% effort to the Server. I am always trying my hardest on the server to staff and do all of the other needs for other players and other people. (I will not be dedicating my life to the HCRealms Network, as i have other things that i do as a human being) But when i am on i will be active and Not AFK on the server and if i am i will be in HUB because that is where you are supost to do because that is why Counteracting added that feature to the server.

Trustworthyness
I feel like i am trustworthy to other players and other staff member's i do not like the people who scam and i personally don't scam i feel really bad inside if i do i have only scammed 1 time (IRL Money 2 years ago) but because i felt so bad i had refunded the money $2.50 and i let him keep what i was supposed to give him in the trade. But that was 2 years ago and i have changed dearly and a lot and will stay this way and as loyal as i can and will be, even if i do get a chance to scam someone i will not take it because they have worked hard on what they have achieved and i do not just want to take it from that person.

Activity
I am very active on the server like i said in my schedule and i will try my best to get online if someone needs me or something that is important of course my telegram is always active and i will respond as soon as i can and as fast as i will.

Screensharing
I personally know how to screen share but not that good but when ever i was staff on the HCF servers i had listed above i have had to SS some people because there were alot of reports coming in saying they were cheating and so after awhile i have collected myself a screen share tool to SS people with.

Cheaters//Xrayers
I personally don't like cheaters and never will like cheaters and cheating in general but i have only cheated 2 times but that was then i didn't really care about Minecraft and other stuff but i have corrected my self and i no longer cheat on any platform or any game i do not enjoy Hacking//Cheating and  i do not condone cheating, But if i do get staff on the HCRealms Network i will try and strive to stop every hacker that is in my path / everyone else's path, when i am on i will not be AFK and be spectating everyone so that there are no hackers or Xrayer's so the server is not boring and such.

Friendlyness
I think and alot of my other friends think that i am and very nice and lovable person because i'm so nice but whenever it comes to rule breakers i am not so nice about that but i try to still be nice and warn someone that their breaking a rule, (i am not the person that study's the rules 24/7 and be a nerd about it) When i am friendly and nice to someone i tend to reward myself by giving myself a pat on the back and say good job because i'm not being toxic and unfriendly to others that did nothing to me.

Favoritism
I do not like favoritism as it is not fair to the other people that play/donate to the server because everyone has just about the same rights as a donor and they should be treated the same as a Donor or not. I have resigned one time to a server because all they did was move a Player if they are well known and leave the others in the teamspeak to wait, and i did not like that as i told the owner and he did not care.

Importance
If something that is important and it involves me in it i am very serious about it and do not joke or play around about serious things. If something is so important that it involves most staff members i will try to see what it was and try and fix it ASAP.

Corrections
When something needs to be corrected my me or someone else i will help them as hard as i can until they are Corrected and better again. If it is me that is a problem don't be nervous to tell be because when it comes to my personality i will try to fix it as soon as i can and will stay with my corrected self and will try not to mess up again.  When i do correct myself i will reframe from doing what i did wrong, and will stay away from what i did wrong.

I am a Mature Person and do not think wrong unless someone else thinks wrong,
I am very mature for my age, and for my age I am a very mature and respectful person, I have been told by peer’s and teachers, that I am mature for my age, and I have been told by Ex-Staff members from other staff members i was staff on, that I am mature for my age, and is a responsible staff member, and they say that I am good at what I do as a staff member. ​Also for most servers Maturity will take you far in your Staff career.
