  1. Dreams, Passion, Life, Time, Love, Entropy?
  2.
  3. Humans. Humans. Humans.
  4. It was the time I heard "Humans gonna hume." I realized that we are animals, with a broader understanding of our surroundings. Cursed, or blessed with ability to dream,
  5. to craft different worlds, to paint pictures, to make tools, and think better. We are also introspective, but that's a bit limited in scope.
  6.
  7. Then, I heard "We don't understand our motivations". Well, we don't. Why do we stand? Why do we run? Feelings, emotions, passions, dreams. All driven by internal motivations,
  8. and some external push? Well well.
  9.
  10. Then, I saw "Up". The entry scene was greatly filled with emotions. The music encouraged the feelings that the animated sequence was building. It showed how dreams are
  11. impacted by several factors. At the end of it, what will you think? Life happened? Well, I don't like to think that way, but I will end up saying that eventually. Tired,
  12. exhausted, fatigued. I will say that, and I will also say - "I did try my best", which I will most likely mean with all of my heart. However, it feels sweet. Sweet to see
  13. life happen, as it was shown in the animated sequence. It felt like a innocent way to live, and based on "social conditioning", I feel like I should lead my life like that.
  14. Abstracted away from the understanding of cogs and wheels of what drives the universe. Why? Because it feels like the subjects in the animated sequence are oblivious of
  15. entropy and time, and moving blindly towards their goals. It feels highly passionate of them to have been doing that. However, that would be foolish of me. However, I am
  16. succumbing to romanticism. Life can be seen through romantic lens for sure - "Oh what passion!", "He never gives up!", "Look, he stood up.", "He succeeded even after the injury.",
  17. "What zeal!". However, entropy tears things apart (possibly not always, look at a structured organism like us or the amoeba that's sitting on your nose right now! ;-) )
  18.
  19. Well, I don't say - forgo that stupid romanticism. I would rather say, have the romanticism and also a realistic point of view. It doesn't do good to run with a broken leg.
  20. Life isn't anime where you will suddenly awaken your hidden power when it's all over, because when the wall of time and entropy hits you - either you run away from it, or you
  21. get destroyed horribly into bits and pieces. Atleast, that's true for now. Maybe, we would succeed in dealing with time and entropy nicely. I am sure a lot of people who faced
  22. the hordes of Genghis Khan might have felt motivated to save their villages, and towns, and castles...and then they perished.
  23.
  24. In real world, individual feelings have very less probability of doing something impactful.
  25.
  26. That's all I wanted to say.
