New Features
Added new Character: The Revenant

Community Feedback and Tuning:
Damage effects on enemies now continue as they die
If you have used a potion before, the name is now shown in the use prompt
When drinking a potion, you will no longer be slowed.
Potions now appear on the Chart of Revelation
Chart of Revelation now shows the full map by default
Improvements to aiming with projectile based weapons
The aim crosshair now shows up even when a whip icon is visible to assist in aiming
The Soldier's spear now does double damage when thrown.

Fixes:
Fixed the S key not being able to be rebound, and the top face button on controller (Y or Triangle)
