Hey there my friend in the haze
I've come to take your hand
Show me the ways of your end
In this dire need of hope in lands
Far stretched and wide; head under sand
Come join me on this bus ride
Where we will go down to the other side
And I'll free this chain on legs
That holds you tight with stressed might
For all to endure a journey
To succumb to the glories of the mind

What have I that can show you
If I spoke words of ease to you
Come with please and have a taste of many
That few woke to the seeds of serenity

Take this hand and walk the black hole depths
Into a freedom approach with weary strain
Lights bother the naked of by them, unseen
Comfort me my real friend of to see, blinded
That ways can show the peace of this map
That I will go across in search for
A tool to unscrew the nails
With tired breeze and fluttered wings
That guide the fortunate to this unknown

And what did have I to show
Was a misty mystic on a horse ran
That ran too far from the ranch
Bleeding and whipped in the bowl
A delight of stories for some untold
And will they ever know this world
What makes this world we are so blinded by
In contempt for to ride a screen hidden
By this cover over our eyes

Seek the men who want to understand
