15 grams juniper
1.5 cardomom pods
3 peppercorns
1/2 star anise pod(a pedal, not a whole star)
2cm cassia
1/4 tablespoon of licorice
1/8 teaspoon fennel
.5 tablespoon coriander
+1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
3cm of lime zest
2cm orange zest
2cm of lemon zest

Crushed and soaked in 300ml of 88% neutral alcohol for 30 minutes. Filtered then put through simple distillation. Came out at 92%, diluted to 40% with pure water.
