- This contract recognizes that both the buyer and the artist have come to an agreement on terms of payment regarding an exchange of art and credits and/or money. This contract also serves as a receipt thereof for the buyer as proof of purchase of goods and/or services provided by the artist.
- The buyer and artist agree to these terms.
- I. After a price is agreed upon, the artist will set up a week long turn around time to finish the project in which the following will happen:
- i. Payment of art will begin in three equal separate payments.
- a. One third of the original price will be paid immediately upon
- agreement to either character (Pilar) as credits or to paypal
- (Pilarthebat@gmail.com)
- b. Upon reaching the halfway point, the buyer will be able to see what is being initially created and make his/her changes at this
- point. The second payment is also due. If the second payment cannot be made at the time, all work will cease until payment is
- received.
- c. The buyer will be able to look at the whole finished product and ask for last minute changes. Any drastic changes will cost
- extra and if asked to start completely over, the buyer must pay another amount agreed upon to start over. Third payment is also
- due immediately upon satisfaction of the work. If the third payment cannot be made, the artist retains his/her rights to the
- artwork with all the privileges that come with it until the last installment is received.
- ii. Payment of art will be paid in full.
- a. Until all monies or credits have been transferred, no work will be started or finished.
- b. It is the buyer's responsibility to ask for follow ups regarding work and to ask for changes made before the turn around is up.
- II. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS of any kind, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- i. The buyer does have the right to cancel artwork.
- a. If a payment plan was agreed upon, the artists has the right to retain all monies given and all rights to the artwork and the
- privileges that come with it.
- b. If a payment was made in full, the artist retains all monies and all rights to the artwork and the privileges that come with it.
- By reading this contract and transferring payment in money and/or credits the buyer acknowledges that this contract has been read and understood in full.
