The list
0. each pair makes the storage_get_count branch and makes changes
1. pair makes a PR back to their own work, but requests a review from a person/pair outside of their pair/group
1a. this person/these people should be added as contributors to the repo so they can review
2. the reviewer(s) will do the review/comment/approve
3. the reviewer(s) merge the PR once approved
4. reviewer(s) add a file in their repo with the username of the person/people they reviewed
5. Not every person needs to be a reviewer/request a PR as long as there's one per team
