Wiring, mechanism and more for the Lifebringer

[19:48] After resting for a while, since meetings were rather exhausting, the figure went to his workshop, while the mouse talked to the merchant.

He allowed them both to remain there.

With the help of his animunculi the scientist brought forth the frame of an enormous machinery - a circular but hollow metallic structure. However, with frames at two points around for something to placed upon, as well as surface engraving - made to support runes in the future.

Quite the thing, yet just the basic of a project.

"Alright, where was it.. Ah here, mechanism." He said as he brought forward a crate of mechanisms he had forged, from under a table, as well as wires!

Everything made from copper.

Perfect material for this.

These were separated by parts, starting with the wiring that was then taken to the interior of that machine.. Where the little scientist would enter the structure and start.. Allocating everything.

Nothing was said to the duo, he just.. He focused on his work.

[20:09] He quickly put on an some sort of 3-stage magnifying glass in front of his right, along with quickly slipping on his work glove before taking the kyiah from his hands.

Then Kyiah took it in his hand and began to examine it slowly.

"Right, let me see."

Ah.. This is gonna be interesting..

So, even though it was a bit difficult to liquify a plant or a mushroom, at first, an idea came to his mind, and he scratched his chin a few times and pulled out a bowl made of earth that have a hardness of a metal.

"Now.. This go , right there..--"He put Ky'iah mushroom inside of the powl and start channeling his bio based mana inside of Kyi'ah to manipulate it freely or at least make it much more eaiser to liquify let's say.
After transferring his mana for a certain period of time, he took out a glass test tube from the corner and immedatly pour down a bit off water , heat it up little bit in order to make the liquifying a bit more eaiser.

Just like he wanted.

"This should be enough to work with to be honest. Now I am just gonna kind of crunch down the mushroom in this water to liquify it let's say.

Though before I put it inside of this tube. I will also add poppylus just incase to balance things out a bit more." After all , while poppylus can be used in many different ways. Here he wanted to use it to kind of making the whole blending phase a bit eaiser due to it's harmonizer natüre.

With that small , very brief explanation he crunched down the poppylus in his palm and added it right inside of the lukewarm water. Then he just blend it using a very small spoon.

"Looking good.. and then the last material.--"

Crunch, Cru,-- Crunch.

He crunched the Kyi'ah inside of his palm , after few minutes or so while of course making sure that mushroom keeps it's natural mana sapping features by infusing more of his bio based mana in progress , just like he did before.

"Now.. Mixing them together."


Then there is the last but also eaiset part of liquifying the mana sapping mushroom.

He slowly pour it down inside of the poppylus infused lukewarm water and blend, mix it with a spoon while keep warming it in order to brew , blend it even more nicely.

It should still keep it's mana sapping features but now in a more liquid for Arty to study it a bit eaiser. Though, there is also chance for it to taste like shit.

Hopefully , that's not the case.


"I think , it's done. It's a bit more darker blue than I expected.

There ya go-- Liquifed mushroom juice."

After that he simply offered the tube to Arty.

One of the traits of knowing a lot of people were to be able to ask them to do what you are not capable of doing or what you didn't want to do.

Seeing this gigantic piece of machinery would be somewhat strange, even more as Arty would have only noticed it onto this exact second, Acantho soon entering inside of it to do his job, another Project of his that would bring all of them to the map.

Always it was a pleasure to see.

And soon, he would hear the voice of Zemheri, it seems the vial that he would have asked would be done. Turning to his direction, Arty would smile. "Thank ya, Sweetie." And after taking the vial onto his hand.

Without a second of tought.

Without a moment of preparation.

Arty would dump all of the vial's content inside of his throat, gulping it all before even letting his tastebuds to feel the liquid.

And so he would wait for a moment.

Nothing happened yet.

"Huh... I was waiting a more direct effect."

[20:35] Wiring was installed, connections that went from one side to the other withing the structure, connecting everything to where was the frame that would be allocated the core in the future, to feed the machinery with the necessary energy.

Using his tools, these were fixed around the machinery.

Cut and mended, so that everything could work! A procedure, not that long.

And then, the gears began to be allocated after the wiring was done - these, which went from the core to the part where the outer frames were for the future addition of the hands that should assemble the automatons will be. The mechanisms would make these move as they should, through the commands given by the runic system as expected.

"What are you two doing?" he asked, as a glance was cast in their direction - from within the structure.

Apparently, some really silly stuff.

Well, he had work to do and so he focused, until his automaton informed him of someone's arrival! And with one command, the scientist sent this animunculi to fetch Cain.

As the golemcrafter finished his work, adding the last mechanisms that were bolted into place - fixed as they should. A test was done to see if they were working - turning one that consecutively turned the others.

And it was so perfect!

They could proceed to the next step.

[21:18] "If I am-- Right about the timing.. Something happen any minute now. Either that would be some sort of sick feeling due to it's sapping nature though.

Both , maybe? I can't say much without at least seeing what you are going through." As he said this, he started to tap his foot on the ground calmly and kept counting as he keep tapping into the ground. Then he turned his face to Acantho for a moment saying:

"We are making.. I guess not that of a healthy mushroom juice would at least--Allow him to study you know-- Uhh.

"No, it's gonna work out great." After that his gaze also turned towards Cassidy that just arrived and decide to wave his hand a little bit as a small welcome gesture.

[21:26] It'd been awhile since she'd last paid the doctor a visit, well. She wasn't sure that he was an actual doctor, but he'd had the look about him, the handle to his abode turned without a hitch. A click followed the well-oiled swish of a door hinge turning on it's axis, "Mm.."

He'd had company, least that's what she'd presumed from the chatter that'd filtered through the place. She'd taken a half-step turning as if to leave, before a drone had haltered about her presence. It'd seemed to want her to follow it further into Acantho's home, "Huh." That was a convenience.

A subtle click followed her every step, the heels of her boots beckoning the arrival of her person within his workplace. "Hey, I'd come around to check-up that we'd cleared the majority of our preparations for that investigation."

[21:34] "It's quite simple, lately i have been theorizing onto a way in which one's body would adapt itself to be able to mimic za RuneOak Properties."

"It being za ability to sap from za mana of za outside and power itself, soon being capable of doing things such as being able to completele deeds that one wasen't able to do in za-" Arty would soon move both of his hands towards his throat, as if he had suddenly chocked onto something, his body desiring to cough but nothing would come out of it.

As if his air path were blocked, but even so he could breath.

And then from those with a good view of the Rat's face would soon notice a glow comming from the deepths of his throat, soon starting to become brighter as in a matter of seconds his whole mouth would be glowing.

His eyes would falter briefly as he gazed to all directions, a strange sensation that he were somewhat familiar after a battle would happen once more.

His body were being drained of it's own mana.

The glowing would become so bright that even when he closed his mouth, some shimmers of it would pass by his lips- Onto his pale skin, onto certain points such as his throat, wrists, feet and knees, things that seemed to be like strings would start glowing.

For anyone with a basic anatomy knowledge it was more than obvious that it were his veins starting to glow.

And so he would continue to fight it before soon falling onto his kness and quickly after he would fall onto the ground.

Concious but extremely weak, as if he had just ran across Meranthe 3 times.

"Unexpected."

[21:44] "Oh, drugs." He commented after listening to both, while with the help of his automatons, he assembled mechanical arms.

Machinery parts.

Made of copper mechanisms, wires of the same material - but mostly of steel! These were made with folds and hands, which should serve in the future to assemble the automatons.

As planned.

Anyway, he focused on putting these together.. Carefully, which was two! So it was a repetitive process - one that would take several minutes to complete.

Yet, it was done.

And when ready, he would take these to the machine, while talking to Cain, "Oh, not exactly? You asked for my help, I decided to help because it looked interesting - but you didn't guarantee many details." A pause was made while the first arm was positioned.

As needed.

With his tools, the scientist would screw it in place and then solder some parts, before then connecting the wires from this to the ones coming from the inside.. To work properly when active.

"Then go ahead, you can talk.. We have time." He added before going to get the next arm.

[21:53] He kept tapping his foot a little more, and watched with his hands slightly joined together as Arty began to see the side effects. In the end, jumping right away only ruined the experiment, and the important thing was the result it anyway. Acantho would probably help if something happened.

At least he hoped so.
"Yeah, Drugs pretty much. At least it's not something that would use magibane type of stuff so..

It should be a'ight."

..and that's why he waited until Arty finally be able to speak again with clear signs of exhaustion. It was most likely caused by the un-healthy mushroom juice he just drink but being able to at least saying a simple word is still a progress overall despite the unhealthy looking side effects caused by the juice.

That either would be the glowing veins and all that stuff.

"I--I accutaly was expecting something far more problematic. Perhaps being unable to use magic for the time being?

Some permanent damage as from what I read , stuff that would have properties like that can even kill someone when it entered their system.

So.. I say this is a..

absolute win!"

After that he kneel down a little bit placing his hand on Arty's shoulder giving it a pat, trying to make sure at least Arty is still conscious.

Though his gaze shifted between Cassidy and Acantho again.

"Also, sorry if we interupted your research , plans, meeting or stuff that would count in that topic by any means."

[22:03] Her head had turned ever so slightly, leaving a pair of luminescent orbs to trail over the two that'd worked at some ludicrous concoction of fate. One was prone, the other crouched. A furrow tempered her brow, before she'd simply taken another step to one-side to take a look over the work that'd occupied Acantho.

"Mm."

A familiar sound sifted free of her lips, it told of her attention having shifted onto the matter at hand. "I'd figured it'd be best since it's within the lands that you're occupying, I had also hoped if I am to frank." A pause was made, following the subtle shift of her form to align a hip against the wall.

The tip of her tongue folded over the centrepiece of her lip, it hung there for a moment; She'd considered how to phrase it, before simply going ahead, "I'd hoped to establish some rapport with yourself, I have an interest in your work and I think we'd be able to benefit one another in future endeavours."

The trip was of course to sate both of their curiosities, but it'd taken time and planning to get it sorted. It was in truth a gesture to the man, that he'd been included. "It's early days, but I'd hoped that you'd be interested in a continued relationship in this endeavour."

[22:14] As fast as it would have made it's effects, soon after the sensation of drain would vanish, all of the mana inside of his own body, would've helped the Ky'iah to reach such collor.

And in a matter of some minutes, Arty would be able to sit onto the ground, the sensation of weakness still present, almost as if he were not a magi anymore.

His vision where blurry and his head would ache, but still he could feel a powerful sensation inside of himself, as if he had something inside of his veins.

And after some quick tought, it was more than evident that it was his own mana.

The Ky'iah that would've been onto his body would slowly become one with it, nothing more than sustenance to his own cells.

Arty would've managed to acchieve a way in which he would be able to mimic the draining sensation he would've have alredy felt, but it was not exactly right, to be capable of draining all things around would require something diferent.

And he knew that soon enought such effects would leave his body, it were needed a way to make it permanant.

Luckily due to his own race, Razuka Always had a affinity towards Bio and quite acceptable to changes, onto the envirioment in which they lived and even more towards the things their body has to endure.

A way to survie one could say.

And Arty knew that with such trait, he would be capable of doing something to change himself.

But for now. "Argh... I'm tired, i think i will sleep."

[22:14] "Don't worry, there were no interruptions - the day was long, from scheduling constructions to meetings with a member of the hive who had a interest in my work.

But, it's all quiet now - this is why I decided to work." The scientist's voice echoed, while the other arm was taken with some difficult.

This was then brought to the machine with the help of the animunculis that flew around them and then positioned upon the frame. The process of welding, screwing and generally fixing the object then began..

Before the wires were interconnected.

With the job done he checked the interior, which is all functional as it should, before smiling and then walking away. His clothes were patted with his hand and he turned to Cain.

Another step concluded.

"Oh, the desert? Sure I can organize some animunculi in preparation for that, as well as preparations for survival - I've been scanning the dunes a lot, there's a lot of things hidden under the sand.." The comment was made, after all the work..

And it was true.

He even planned to go there in the future, get things to use for his work. But, not until he completed his projects on Final Frontier - which was far from over.

"Ah, relationships are more than welcome, so sure - you'll have my help." A nod from him would follow! Before the scientist simply started stretching, "Just know that we will need some protective clothing for extreme heat and cold.

Daytime temperatures can jump beyond the limits that the human body can withstand, while at night everything drops to freezing temperatures - as the sand doesn't hold temperatures properly, it is terrible at it." A hint was given, before he went to sit down at his arm chair.

His work was done, time to rest.
