Pokemon Red/Blue 100% rules (wip)

Single cart 100% glitchless. Manip, IT, and poke doll ARE ALLOWED.

Run on blue because the 124 route already exists and, of course, P O R Y G O N.

Rules:

Catch all 124 pokemon available on cart, AND 146 seen in the pokedex.

Defeat all trainers.

Do all the in-game trades.

Acquire all items:
- Can use, sell, or toss any item (including TMs and key items).
- Must have at least one of every item in possession at some point.
- Key Items: Bicycle, Card Key, Coin Case, 1 Fossil (Dome or Helix), Exp. Share, Good Rod, Itemfinder, Lift Key, Old Amber, Old Rod, Poke Flute, Secret Key, Silph Scope, SS Ticket, Super Rod, Town Map, Silph Scope (not required to beat lavender).
- All intended items given by NPCs: Mart Guy’s sample potion on route 1, Prof Oak’s poke balls
- Overworld PokéBalls.
- Hidden items.

Finish all the non-mandatory quests and dungeons:
- Rocket Underground
- Fighting Dojo
- Seafoam Island (+ catch Articuno)
- Power Plant (+ catch Zapdos)
	> Engage all voltorb/electrode balls
- Victory Road (+ catch Moltres)
- Cerulean Cave (+ catch Mewtwo)
