The Gallente Federation have begun decommissioning a number of Dominix Class Battleships to be used as humanitarian cargo transport ships, for a new type of cloning technology.
The battleships are being stripped of all military hardware, and retrofitted solely for transporting frozen clones of high ranking, and well known capsuleers to a facility with the Amarr Empire.
Caldari State and Minmatar Republic officials are yet to comment on the move by the Gallente Federation and Amarr Empire, as historically both the Empire and Federation have never consistently been friendly towards each other, and thus these actions are unprecedented.
There are growing fears and concerns within high ranking officers within the Gallente Federation that the Serpentis or Blood Raiders may have been involved in helping secure the transport deal, and if so, what their current motive is.

All we can say for now, is that the stripping of military hardware out of these Dominix Class Battleships is underway, and being overseen by none other than Roden Shipyards.
A spokesman from Roden Shipyards simply stated earlier today:
‘We have been contracted by an anonymous official within the Gallente Federation, but bares the signature of someone within our government. Unfortunately I am not presently able to disclose any further details about the trade deal between the Gallente and Amarr, but I can assure you that our legal team here at Roden Shipyards finds no illegality with the contract presented to us.’
