First cheer practice back!

Musik: -Caroline sat in the cheer gym, already streching her legs out with her earbuds in her ears, blaring some candy pop music as she leand forward, reaching her hands down to her feet.-
Covet: -Cadence walked into the gym, in a rather good mood. She saw Care already there and smiled. She saw she had her headphones in so didn't bother to call out to her. She walked over to the computer and got herself logged in. // Kelsey walked in with a stride of pride as she walked over to the mats flopping down so she could stretch out.

Alexithymiaa: -Steph walked out of the locker room with her gym bag over her shoulder, her phone pressed to her ear. "Yeah, I'm working on that." She pulled her phone away from her ear to check the time and moved across the hall to the cheer gym doors, pushing them open to step inside. "I'll text you later some of my ideas and we can meet up tomorrow." Nodding mostly to herself, she dropped her bag down onto the floor. "Later." She pulled the phone down and ended the call, sliding her fingers over the screen and looking over at Cadence. "I feel like I havent been to practice in forever..."-
Tsaaq: Hayley came into the cheer gym after leaving the locker room moving to put her bag down as she waved at the other girls, taking a swig of her water as she moved to stretch on the mat.
Musik: -She saw movement out of the corner of her eyes and pulled her earbud out quickly turning around to see all the girls. She took a sigh of relief and pushed up to her feet.- "Hey guys."
Covet: Cadnce looked over at Steph as she came in, giving her a smile, " Dude, you're telling me. January is just a shit month. Well not all Shit. I got to go on vacation." She said with a not so humble shrug. "And there's Hayley, First practice in a long one that we've had everyone here. Woo!" She said with a fair amount of genuine excitement. // Kelsey nudged Care and gave her a big wave, from her spot on the floor. "Hi Care!" She looked over and saw Hayley come in, getting a big smile, Kelsey got up and went to give Hayley a hug, "Oh my goodness, I'm so happy to see you! It's been forever, Hayley!"
Alexithymiaa: -She flicked her hair from her eyes and looked out at their little group, nodding her head. "Yeah. Vacation. Awesome. You suck." Sliding her fingers over the screen of her phone, she dropped it into her bag and moved out to the mats, leaning over and beginning to stretch.-
Tsaaq: "Oh yeah, hey!" Hayley greeted then waved at all the girls, looking a little out of it as she hugged Kelsey. "Yeah... I'm here." She said awkwardly sitting on the mat and stretching her legs while in a split. "What did I miss?" She asked.
Musik: -Caroline shoved her phone down into her bag and smiled at Kelsey sending her a wave.- "Hey girly." -She said and looked to Cadence.- "So what are we doing today?"
Covet: "Honestly, not a whole lot. Everyone was pretty busy over the break, so we haven't really had practice in a while. That being said I want to throw around some ideas with you guys as far as dances go." Cadence said walking over and getting heself stretched out as well. // "Yeah you haven't missed a whole lot cheer wise. I'm just super happy that you're back. " Kelsey clapped her hands together then went back to stretching, listening to Cadence.
Alexithymiaa: -She planted her palms flat on the mat, her feet together and her knees locked out as she tried to lift her head to look at Cadence. "Okay, shoot."-
Tsaaq: Hayley smiled faintly at Kelsey then stood up.She cocked her hip to the side a bit as she stood on the mat. "Well shit, that's lucky." She whispered, swinging her arms back and forth. She then crossed her arms and looked to Cadence, nodding her head and waiting for her to speak.
Musik: -Caroline crossed her arms over her chest chewing on her cheek as she watched Cadence.-
Covet: So Instead of doing the tradtional Cheer mix thing, since we're just a small group anyways. I thought it might be fun to focus on a few songs and encorporate what we have with that. Some song ideas, Off the top of my head,  Victorious by Panic,  You oughta know a cover by  Our last night,  or  Beggars by Krewella, unless you guys have something else we could add in?I'm not apposed to original compositions either." Cadence added looking at Steph. // Kelsey listened and nodded her head, "Oh, that sounds like fun, I don't think I've heard any of those songs, well, no...I've heard the Panic one."
Alexithymiaa: "I don't know how appropriate Beggars is for audiences...." She started, leaning up so she could properly look at Cadence. "Just... give me a few minutes to catalog the music in my head and I'll get back to you."-
Tsaaq: She rose her eyebrows as she listened to the options. "I like Panic... Ke$ha's music, like, the not mainstream shit anyways sounded good for cheer shit." Hayley said as she listened to the others. "I'm still thinking..." She trailed off.
Covet: "We could totally censor it for all audiences." Cadence said, " That one was one of my faves, only because it's so bad ass an in your face. If you can't tell, that's kind of what I want to go for. // Kelsey furrowed her brows together, " Well I don't think anything in my immediate repitoire has anything like that."
Covet: for."//
Musik: "Victorious would totally be a good one to do a dance to." -She said chiming in.-
Alexithymiaa: "I think some sort of mix of Victorious would be good, but if you're going for something more in your face, I don't know if that would do it. I personally vote on something that says Fuck You, we rock."-
Tsaaq: Hayley nodded her head, still thinking with her eyebrows furrowed. "Uhhhh." She trailed off then shook her head. "Shit." She muttered.
Covet: "Fuck you We Rock is defintiley what I want. But I thought Victorious would be good to have on deck for you know, Victories and that shit." Cadence said. "Which is why Krewella is nearly spot on. Ke$ha might have something too. I'd have to listen to some of her old shit. // Kelsey listened, looking over at Care, leaning into whisper to her, " Hey how have you been? I feel like I haven't seen you in forever."
Musik: What if we found like a.. Remix like version of Bad Reputations by Joan Jett?" -She asked looking at the girls, then to Kelsey, shrugging.- "Fine..Just studying a lot."
Alexithymiaa: "I dig Joan Jett. She's a boss. I'm also kind of thinking maybe like... a dancey remix of Run The World by Beyonce."-
Tsaaq: Hayley scrunched up her nose, cause how dare you remix the Jett? But once she thought of it she eased up a little. "You know, Joan Jett and The Black Heart's have hella shit that would work for cheer. They're kinda suggestive though, that was her thing in the seventies to eighties."  She nodded to Steph as well. "Yeah, you can't really go wrong with Beyonce either.
Covet: "Oh.... " Cadence said looking at Care, "Now I like that idea a lot....Both of them actually. Funny because we were just talking about Joan Jett earlier today too." She laughed , poitning to Steph. // Kelsey smiled, "Ooh, I like that song, that would be a good F U song." She couldn't bring herself to actually say the words."Isn't You Oughta Know, pretty suggestive too? One of the lines talks about going down on someone in a theather"
Musik: "Run the World is a total girl empowerment song. Which is really what the world needs right now." -She said with a nod.-
Alexithymiaa: "The only thing is, I don't think it's quite fast enough. For cheer and motions, it needs to be picked up so maybe I can find some sort of remixed version or something. I don't know. I have to look."-
Tsaaq: She furrowed her eyebrows. "Maybe we can work on our own mix sort of... Somehow." Hayley suggested with a small shrug.
Covet: "By all means, feel free to start looking, Tonight's not going to be anything too over the top. I want to ease back into all of this." Cadence told them. // Kelsey smiled, but was a little bummed because she was looking forward to getting rid of some of this energy she had. She leaned over to talk to Care again softly, " Question, Would you be interested in maybe a group date night to the SGA movie tomorrow night?"
Musik: "Doesn't Adam do mixes and stuff?" -She asked looking to Hayley.- "What if we got him to help us? That'd be so cool to have something original!" -She squeaked and looked back to Kelsey.- "A group date with who?" -She asked raising a brow.-
Alexithymiaa: (DAMMIT NOW I HAVE TO FIND SOMETHING.)

Alexithymiaa: "I'll let you know if I turn up with anything that I think sticks it to the man." She sent her a thumbs up before shaking out her limbs. "So... what exactly are we easing back into this with?"-
Tsaaq: Hayley nodded her head. "He does... I was thinking of him but I don't know... I'm always saying Adam should do stuff. I was gonna give him a break but I'll definitely ask." She told Care.
Covet: "If he's busy we can figure it out, but offer it up to him. That would be cool. Thanks Hayley" Cadence said with an appreciative smile, then glanced at Steph. " Uh, well this plotting music thing was my main focus. Working on that team work" Cadence said, then gave a shrug, "Outside of that, we can run some passes? " // Kelsey listened to the rest of the girls talking, then spoke to Care again, "Me and Brad? And whoever you'd want to bring?"
Musik: "That works." -She said sending Hayley a smile before looking to Kelsey.- "Uh..I can see what Thad's doing.." -She said chewing on her cheek before looking to Cadence, nodding her head.-
Alexithymiaa: -She shook her legs out to loosen up a bit, nodding her head. "Passes sound good. Anything in particular?" She asked as she started to move off the mat to clear the space.-
Tsaaq: "I don't know! But I'll ask!" Hayley said as she nodded her head again before hearing the mention of doing passes, she did a couple more stretches before she she turned to Cadence, waiting for her answer.
Covet: "Uh... Fuck...make me think now thanks. How about a frontwalkover roundoff backhandspring step out roundoff backhandspring?" Cadence said, standing up herself going over to the mat. // "Okay! That would be fun. We haven't hung out in forever, so I thought it would be fun to go to together." Kelsey said making her way over to the mat, glancing at Cadence, "Um, Can I go last, because I don't think I understand the combo."
Musik: -She nodded sending her a smile before moving to watch Cadence.-
Alexithymiaa: -She thought the motions over in her head, moving to the corner of the mat and waiting for the girls to clear as well. Taking a few steps forward, she brought her hands over her head and leaned down to plant them on the floor, her legs following one after the other to land back onto the floor before she repeated the motion and twisted her body so her feet could land together. Jumping backwards, she continued into the back handspring before stepping out and twisting again for the round off. Pushing off her hands, she sent herself over again, concluding it with a back salto because she had too much momentum to just stop after the back handspring.-
Tsaaq: Hayley watched as Steph moved across the mat. She shook her head, feeling herself get a little dizzy from just watching but Hayley still attempted to play it cool.
Covet: Cadence nodded her head at Kelsey, rolling her eyes a bit, then followed suit after Steph. She ran a few steps, and threw her hands up, throwing her body forward onto them, walking one leg over after the other,moving into the back handspring, twisting her body before jumping back. amd rotating through both the next back handspring  and finshed the round off. She didn't get all fancy at the end, and even glared lightly at Steph, "Show off." // Kelsey watched the two of them go then took a deep breath, When she did her pass, she skipped the step out and second back handspring, going right into the round off, landing roughly. " That didn't feel right at all."
Musik: -After they went, Caroline moved to the mat. She took a few steps before leaning forward to plant her hands on the ground, flipping her body over her, landing on her feet, turning to move intot he back handspring, her body twisting as she jumped backwards to another baack handspring before finishing with the round off. Once she landed she flipped her hair back out of her face, adjusting her shorts.-
Alexithymiaa: "That was.... close... Kels.... close." She nodded, trying to be positive for her. Pushing her hair out of her face, she moved to the other side of the mat.-
Tsaaq: She watched the other girls, going to jog forward as she swung her arms upward the propelled forward. She attempted to move her legs over her head and flip but after the stumbling to her feet she feel forward. Hayley was mortified as she shot back up, holding her head as she regained her balance. "I'm sorry! I'm on these stupid medications and I don't really know the side effects! I can do it I swear!" She said quickly to Cadence, frowning widely.
Covet: Cadence watched Hayley and furrowed her brow and shook her head, "Hayley it's okay, if it's too much you don't need to. I don't want you hurting yourself, if they're throwing you off. It's okay, really." She said calmy to her watching her, glancing at the other girls. "I think we're going to call it there for the night anyways. It's late" // Kelsey frowned and looked at Steph, " Yeah, I missed two pieces of that, that wasn't really that close." Her eyes watched Hayley as she failed to do the pass, she looked rather concerned, especially after hearing her say the comment about her medication.
Musik: -Caroline nodded and lisstened to Cadence, turning to lookat Hayley as she spoke about her meds. She blinked a few times but wasn't gonna pry, so she walked over to her bag, dropping down to the floor to pull her phone out.-
Alexithymiaa: -She forced a smile to Kelsey and pulled her arms around her middle to hug herself, looking around. "I'll see what I can come up with for a song." She turned and walked back over to her bag, digging her hand in to grab her phone and browse the messages she'd missed during practice.-
Tsaaq: She let out a ragged exhale as she nodded her head, she still looked pretty embarrassed. "Okay." Hayley whispered with acceptance. "Alrighty... I'll ask Adam about the cheer mix tomorrow and stuff." She said, walking quickly to her bag and drinking her water, rummaging around in her bag.
Covet: "Thank you for that. And thank you all for showing up tonight. It's great to have a full practice again. Even if it wasn't as eventful. Keep up on the normal stuff as best you can ladies, and get home safe. " She told them then made her way over to where Hayley was speaking quietly to her, " Hey Hayley, how's freedom again? You adjusting okay?" she asked her, " her body language and face, honestly concerned.// Kelsey went to her bag and made her way out the door, waiting for Care outside in the hallway, because she wanted to gush about amazing Brad's been lately.
Musik: -She pulled her hoodie of her body and slipped her sweatpants over her legs, smiling at the message before grabbing her bag hooking it over her body. She moved wave to everyone before moving out to the hallway looking at Kelsey.- "Oh, hey. Thad said he was game. So..we'll be there." -She said with a half smile before dropping her eyes down.-
Alexithymiaa: -She picked up her bag and hoisted it onto her shoulder, glancing down at her phone and sliding her fingers across the screen. She looked out across the emptying gym, chewing on the inside of her cheek.-
Tsaaq: She stared down at her prescription bottle then quickly zipped up her bag once Cadence came over. "Um... It's okay." Hayley answered with a small shrug. "I don't like staying inside or anything cause I've been inside for months." Hayley explained. "And I'm still getting used to being on the outside with meds in my system but I'll get the hang of it... Remembering to take them is a little hard too."
Covet: "That makes sense,  Being in that place gives you a whole new appreciation for fresh air." She said with a slight laugh, " Let me know if they are still effecting you, during practice. I know you've just got out and it's going to take some adjusting to everything, so I don't want to overwhelm you with anything. I set an alarm on my phone to remind me to take mine. I've been bad about remembering to take them as well. The alarm helps." Cadence said to her with a supportive smile, then glanced over at Steph still standing there in the Gym, tilting her head as she tried to get her attention. // Kelsey clapped her hands together, "Oh yay! That's perfect, It will be a couples movie night then. Well sort of, I don't know if either of us are really in a relationship or not right now." She blabbed then waved her hand, " But yay all the same! I can't wait. " Kelsey probably continued to chat her ear off as they walked out of the buildting.

Tsaaq: ((Biiitch.))
Alexithymiaa: -She snapped out of her daze and lifted her head to look at Cadence, sending her a wave before turning and heading out of the gym.-
Tsaaq: "Thanks. I'll try that." Hayley said with a nod as she put her bag on her shoulder. "I think I'll get the hang of things again. I'm late taking them now, so I'd better split. See you next week, or before then. Stuff." She said with a wave as she made her way out of the cheer gym and to her bike cause she still doesn't have a car.
Covet: Cadence grabbed her things and locked up then probably saw Hayley riding her bike in the fucking winter, and offered to give her a ride over to the OCH, because that's the nice thing to do.
Tsaaq: ((Bwahahaah, help me I'm poor.))
