  13. This Freedom of Information request pertains to any and all correspondence related to a proposal to locate a methadone clinic or similar "recovery" facility a 22 4th Street in downtown Troy.

  15. You know the building, located right next to Franklin Plaza, right next door to Bradley's Tavern and down from the Nite Owl News - a great neighborhood to try to stay sober in!
