Ardent Cliff [SETTLEMENT]

Originally constructed by General Fan Zhengfu, Ardent Cliff serves as the capital city of the Shenghese colonial expedition to Agartha and it's every bit as vibrant as one would expect of a capital. Fine Shenghese architecture dominates the stylings of the city, though certain foreign influences have slipped in over the years, though the many shrines to Jiuweihu along the streets show that the faith has remained strong. Patrols of Fourfold officers keep the peace in this bustling city.
