Puk Puck’s Magical Skill can be adjusted in strength for each individual on how much they’ll become her friend. If she made her power too strong, she could potentially change their personality, and hamper their ability to think, no different than brainwashing, so normally she prefers to simply become friends over time. When they separate from her, the effect gradually diminishes, but she didn’t mind, because the friendships she made normally were real to her. However, now is an emergency, she couldn’t afford to do it as she prefers. Puk Puck constantly visited the people who she wanted to keep a tight friendship with, and she would instantly turn people into her friends.
