- Action moves and Chain moves.
- Action moves are moves that can be done at the beginning of an action as a free action, meaning it doesn't take any room out of your post at all, or in response to an attack. Here is an example.
- Bill attacks Jim (the thief)
- Jim dodges. (AC)
- Jim stabs. (normal move)
- Chain moves are moves that can be chained to a specific attack, and are normally specified when they are given to you. Backstab for example can be chained to a dodge.
- Bill attacks Jim (the Thief)
- Jim dodges. (Ac)
- Jim backstabs. (Chain move)
- Jim misses...
- Jim stabs again. (Normal move)
- Remember to mark whether you are using an action move or a chain move by at the end of the action putting either a large AC or a CM to indicate.
