- Hi this is a step by step guide of how to change the account details and refund.
- ---Changing the account details---
- 1. Log into the account(s) i provide.
- 2. Visit (https://temp-mail.org/) and use the emails there for your new emails.
- 3. Change the original email *TWICE*.
- 4. Head to (https://www.receivesms.org/uk-numbers/gb/) and use the numbers there for your new number.
- 5. Change the password to something memorable. but keep the password the same on every account.
- --------Refunding The order-------
- 1. After you have changed the account details move onto refunding the order.
- 2. Click on 'Menu'
- 3. Click on 'Orders'
- 4. Remember what day the order was placed on.
- 5. Go to 'Order Help'
- 6. Scroll down to 'Something else' and click on 'Live Chat'
- 7. Once on the live chat you have 3 option to choose.
- If the order was placed:
- Today: Hi, the food i ordered today arrived crushed and spilled in the bag, im very disappointed as i had to eat somewhere else. please help.
- Yesterday: Hi, the food i ordered yesterday arrived crushed and spilled in the bag, im very disappointed as i had to eat somewhere else. please help.
- Two days ago: Hi, ive only just had time to talk on this livechat, the food i ordered two days ago arrived crushed and spilled in the bag, im very disappointed as i had to eat somewhere else. please help.
- 8. Go along with the refund and it should be fine.
