- [23:40] Mariaan says, "Buddy. Do not blame me that your wallet is as dry as your wit."
- [23:41] Hades Task whispers something.
- [23:41] Dax Yawns
- (Dax)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:41] Dax says, "I have quite alot of coin. Your just a bad alchemist."
- [23:41] Ro says, "..."
- [23:41] Mariaan asks, "Oh, you do?"
- [23:41] Mihalis spoke to Hades even as he was hugged, already use to the Rabbit suddenly hugging him in a show of affection, a light pat on her own back following as the hug was broken.
- And then to Hades his gaze turned.
- Interest so easily revealed within his gaze, a past conversation with Dun had his expectations with the Task brothers to be at an all time high.
- "We can head over to somewhere more private if you wish."
- (Mihalis Lovain)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:41] Mariaan glanced around. "Hmm. Interesting."
- (Mariaan)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:42] The commentary from the diplomat pulls a soft chime of quiet laughter from between his fangs. "Right?" Sythaeryn said sarcastically. He had no place to judge the aggression of others.
- Though perhaps lately he's been more measured, less of a raging wildife. Refined and far more deadly, but satisfied in his recent victories.
- Smoke fumes out of his nostrils and lips, exhaling out. Watching the battle had his blood going, on top of sitting through the entire tournament...
- Sytharyn eyed Agate curiously, taking in the swell of soothing holy energy that twisted around her. Something about it made him uneasy, but drew him in at the same time. He turned around and spoke quietly.
- (Sythaeryn Vartuul)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:42] Hades Task says, "She's the second best alchemist on the continent, yo-"
- [23:42] Atlas says, "..."
- [23:43] Dax says, "I disagree"
- [23:43] Dax says, "I seen m..."
- [23:43] Mariaan says, "I'm going to be relieving you of your coin now."
- [23:43] Kalina Lovain says, "That's a nice way of saying you're going to rob someone."
- [23:43] Mariaan says, "Well, yeah."
- [23:43] Dax asks, "Are you now? Do you want to die?"
- [23:44] Ro asks, "Oh?"
- [23:44] Right. He was here for a reason.
- Leaving Mariaan to her conversation, the oldest-younger brother of the Task kids focuses on Mihalis and offers a nod.
- "Preferably. If you're done here, that is."
- (Hades Task)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:44] Kalina Lovain whispers something.
- [23:44] Hades Task whispers something.
- [23:44] Dax Takes his blade out
- (Dax)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:44] Mariaan says, "Sure, pal. We'll see how that goes."
- [23:44] Kofe says, "We.."
- [23:44] Kofe says, "Should get going."
- [23:44] Kalina passes Hades one last carrot for the road.
- (Kalina Lovain)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:44] Ro says, "And as a High Priest, Aschea believes in balance and order of both good and bad -- and seeing that this one talked shit, Mariaan is allowed to hit them."
- [23:44] Mihalis Lovain whispers something.
- [23:44] A blink is all that would be offered to Natasha.
- What the Hel was she talking about? She had quite literally had recited an epic before him and he did not know how to react to this story. She was obviously devoted to The Prince yet he still had no idea what the fuck to make out of this.
- It was too much information at once.
- "If you're going to want someone to understand what the fuck you just said you're going to need to slow the fuck down and actually explain your point."
- "Telling me your life story is just going make you a laughing stock."
- (Alastor Hirsch)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:44] Eden says, "...I want to watch this, Kofe."
- [23:44] Kofe asks, "..?"
- [23:44] Natasha says, "...."
- [23:44] Natasha exclaims, "HERESY!"
- [23:44] Alone without allies, bragging about his wealth, insulting her consistently out of nowhere...
- It was the easiest justficiation Mariaan had ever made. While she liked to avoid fair fights and spectacles like the tournament, this..?
- This was going to be far from fair. Her hand rose, lightning crackling around it.
- "Yes, well said, Ro. And congratulations on your victory. Must've been easy without me there."
- Whatever the Teraphim replied with was drowned out by her sudden surge of thunder.
- (Mariaan)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:45] Kalina Lovain says, "I'll start digging his grave."
- [23:45] Kofe whispers something.
- [23:45] "I just wish it was you in the finals, rather-"
- She wasn't listening.
- He was going to just watch in the background while sipping on a glass-bottle of water.
- "As you do, Kalina."
- "Make sure on the Tombstone: 'Here lies the Dumbass who said Mariaan wasn't a great alchemist.'"
- (Ro)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:46] Kofe whispers something.
- [23:46] Kofe whispers something.
- [23:46] Kofe whispers something.
- [23:47] Atlas looked in both directions before tip-toeing over to the right. Maybe Nysea might be the safer option as he had seen some of these people around Osrona before. While the kingdom was their home the two children were in no room to get tangled up in this mess, they were just there to observe.
- "Alright...let's go then..."
- (Atlas)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:47] Kalina glances over towards Dax and sighs. She knew how this would end already.
- (Kalina Lovain)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:47] Kofe whispers something.
- [23:48] Kofe whispers something.
- [23:48] Thus came the judgement cast down upon Alastor in a mighty timbre of voice. Given who it came from, it wasn't intimidating in the least yet... Natasha's very form faded from near existence, becoming a mere copy of what it was once within the physical mortal realm. She was one with The Prince, perhaps she felt closer to The Prince of Cures as she did this, but relief washed over pallid features nonetheless.
- A copy of the Acolyte formed itself with a single snap of her fingers, Natasha releasing a full scale laugh in Alastor's face.
- "You FOOL! I have mastered snap magic, and with this I shall finally begin to strike down heretics in The Prince's name!"
- Fire swirled around her, as Natasha cast the very magic that she had spent so much time with. Ignis. Fire flowed out from her fingertips to coat the greenery at Alastor's feet.
- (Natasha)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:48] Kofe whispers something.
- [23:48] Aeolus followed after, ready to leave!
- (Aeolus)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:49] .
- (Kalina Lovain)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:49] .
- (Ro)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:49] ?
- (Eden)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:49] dip
- (Atlas)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:49] Kofe whispers something.
- [23:49] He look to them and crack his neck.
- "You all under estimate my abilities so much. By the will of Lord Basil. By the will of Garjing. I don't back down from threats. No makes me back down." He say as he would crack his fingers. Dax would allow the shadows to begin to consume his form. Taking his stance and look her in the eye. "Did you take me for a coward who would run? To beg for mercy?"
- Dax would feel the shadows begin to consume his thoughts. The visions blurring in his mind. He wanted them to show him a true outcome. To show him the true shadows.
- "Then come try and take my coin."
- (Dax)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:49] test?
- (Natasha)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:49] owo bunnyhop
- (Kofe)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:49] Kalina Lovain says, "Wow, Ro. He might just be more prideful than you used to be."
- [23:49] Ro says, "Probably, but I am glad that Therians are having more pride. Sythearyn is a great leader for it."
- [23:50] Agate finished bathing the battlefield in her soothing light, allowing it to flicker and fade away. While it wouldn't revert things completely to the way they were before, she couldn't simply allow it to remain as it had been.
- The hushed words of Sythaeryn were heard, as well as responded to. Goldens focusing upon the Dragonlord, though she could both hear and observe chaos stirring on the side.
- Unable to stay silent, she took a few steps forward, bewildered by the words of the High Priest.
- "Since when do words justify the forceful robbery of someone? Since when do we allow injustice like this to happen before our eyes?"
- A shake of her head, as the holy aura flared once again. No staff, no armor, but she was prepared to stop blatant thievery.
- "That does not sound like balance to me in the slightest."
- (Agate)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:51] Alastor would just blink again.
- Fire didn't bother him. He just put it out with his foot as he stared the girl. Was this really the best she could do?
- "How am I a heretic for asking questions."
- "You just spoke five thousand words a minute about a story. Here I am trying to learn about The Prince and you pull a stunt like this?"
- A quick shake of his head would be offered. He wasn't going to deal with a temper tantrum.
- "If you ever want someone to understand with the fuck you're saying you need to actually make it digestible. Overloading someone with fucking facts and a story does nothing it only confuses them."
- "How many people actually follow you, is this what you do for every person that asks about The Prince?"
- Alastor assumed as much as he stood his ground. This is probably why everyone laughed at her.
- (Alastor Hirsch)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:52] Ro looks over towards Agate, only giving a firm nod of it.
- "This is a Therian problem, if I wanted to actually say stop, it would be me overextending my boundaries."
- "Both of them have an issue, and both of them will solve it, without me getting involved."
- "It would be different if it was two Teraphims, or two humans who are Valeborne."
- (Ro)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:53]
- {LOAD GAME}
- [23:53] Ro says, "Valeborne is a religion."
- [23:53] Mariaan says, "Yeah."
- [23:53] Eden says, "I think it's a universal proverb."
- [23:53] Kalina looks back over her shoulder to Sythaeryn.
- (Kalina Lovain)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:54] Kalina Lovain says, "Enlightening."
- [23:54] Eden says, "I certainly heard it in Osrona."
- [23:54] A small, fanged smile surfaces then and he takes a single step back, eyes falling into a soft half-liddedness for but a moment as he stepped towards the bark of the tree. His focus drifted from the Teraphim to the cuel in progress, "Let them be, please. Dax wants this, and so does she," he said quietly.
- The man was a drakanite, after all. And he spoke Garljing's name. If he's willing to defend himself in single combat then he should have that right.
- (Sythaeryn Vartuul)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:58] Kalina Lovain says, "Hmm."
- [23:58] Kalina Lovain says, "Makes sense."
- [23:59] {Lost Dangerous RPB against Mariaan}
- [00:02] It was more difficult than she'd expected. Mariaan wasn't a fighter, after all. She was a business woman. Going around and styling on people was at this point a hobby and she was lucky she hadn't been slammed to the ground yet.
- Storm magics chased around her as they fought. Her newly acquired signature move, the arc of devestation, proved.. not very useful. The elusive magics of the drakanite combined with his melee ability were difficult to handle.
- Mariaan would eventually pull through. She threw the drakanite down with a gale of wind, raising her eyebrows.
- "Garljing AND Basil... how many names you want to drop? Anyway, let's see this money you've been bragging about. Chu Chu."
- (Mariaan)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [00:03] Ro understood that because Agate was an exorcist, their idea of justice and protecting was at an all time high. However, it must be known and notice that sometimes it's best not to get involved in it.
- If this was years ago, then Ro would probably try to stop them. However, they learned better. They knew that if it was beyond him, it's best not to touch it.
- "I know you have a sense of justice about these things, but when it comes to battle and fights like this, it's not that much different from a spirit witness."
- "Asta fought and died honorably in the war in a single one on one battle, and her soul went to Vanaheim."
- A single nod then the eyes rested against the second battle to come.
- "People will fight for honor, and people will fight for what they believe in, and it isn't up to us to get involved with it."
- "Remember our mission, Agate. To bring balance when it is needed and to slay the witches that wish to summon the Demon Lord."
- (Ro)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [00:05] Sythaeryn smiled.
- (Sythaeryn Vartuul)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [00:05] Judeau Crestwood says, " Excuse me, sorry."
- [00:05] Ro says, "Go ahead."
- [00:07] He was taking the hits but he was not weak. If anything Dax name would be feared eventually. In the name of Garjing. In the name of Alabstrate. He would make the world shake from his impact.
- The fight was intense and she was not really. Strong! She was actually a weak fighter. What he saw was not a fighter but a woman who underestimated his ability. Dax actually would be hit with gruesome attacks but he delivered them right back.
- The drakanite took the bite and would be hit with a shock of wind and deadly lightning. As he would fall down. Dax would punch the ground. Watching as the shadows begin to consume his being.
- "Fine." He toss her the bag. "You can even have these." Dax was a man of honor but he was also not a idiot. Why would he carry a load of coin around in the open. After Mihalis little shit stunts to people Dax made sure the woman held his coin.
- "Tell me if I were stronger do you really think you stand a chance?"
- (Dax)
