  1. Viridian Lords/Circle of the Green
  2. Story Level: Low
  3.
  4. The Viridian Lords are a limited threat and focused recently on attempting to fight the chaos cults around the country side and protect the general area as best they can. This has led to them gaining even more respect locally dealing with the cults and some barbarians in the area.
  5.
  6. The Circle of the Green has resumed working underground providing order and supplies to the area with the empire’s issues – beyond being split in three the regional capital Ptolus has had issues distributing supplies.
  7.
  8. Agent: To be determined as needed
  9.
  10. Emperor Segaci
  11. Story Level: High
  12.
  13. Segaci is a former life bureaucrat who has command of Tarsis after the reclaiming of it from the Barbarian Hordse (who took it, sacked it lightly and then left after a few years) and has been trying to restore it to the former heights. Of the three emperors he’s the one with the best position, the most attempts to return it to its height and also the least legitimate claim.
  14.
  15. Still his powers make him notable and his situation is solid right now and his goal is honourable though not all his methods (Using Killraven to sponsor the Shuul and partnering there.)
  16.
  17. Here Segaci’s influence is several levels out – its not his home and most of his disruptive presence has been limited with the new issues. While he wants to dislodge Rehoboth and rebuild the empire he knows that can’t be done if he’s seen as the enemy supporting the cults.
  18.
  19. Still he has agents in the area and they are trying to establish better situations and dealing with issues and attempting to manipulate things.
  20.
  21. Agent: Talendrek
  22.
  23. Empress Addares
  24. Story Level: Minimal
  25.
  26. Empress Addarres has the best blood claim on the throne but has a lot of other issues. Being an indolent noble on the other side of the Empire her main importance is as a balance group. She has enough power and an army to match to balance out Tarsis and Ptolus’ forces so that either of them taking overt military action would give her the victory.
  27.
  28. Agent: None
  29.
  30. Holy Emperor
  31. Story Level: High
  32.
  33. As one of the two strongest claims for the throne the Holy Emperor is based currently in Ptolus and mostly wants acclaim, wealth and prestige and will try to ‘buy’ the popular support of people if its needed.
  34.
  35. In the city he is effectively the Emperor though he is careful to work with the Commissar and not step on too many toes as he needs their support and the Commissar clearly does not care for him. He has the most popular support in Ptolus but many factions oppose him taking over those powers that he doesn’t have already.
  36.
  37. For now though he’s attempting to reassert the Empire and deal with those rebellious talks and ‘buy’ more support while preparing Ptolus to become his capital which would mean a significant change.
  38.
  39. Agent: TBA – Church of Lothian
  40.
  41. Commissar
  42. Story Importance: High
  43. The leader of Ptolus and its ruler Igor Urnst is more concerned with his city then who rules the Empire in most cases, especially with the issues of late. Still he has made his opposition to Reheboth clear in the past though he hasn’t said if he supports separation, or one of the other Emperors. He is clearly hostile to the Republicans and considers them a subversive group.
  44.
  45. For now though his focus is on the city. His agents when they deal with it are more focused on keeping balance between things so that things don’t degrade into civil war of sorts
  46.
  47. Agent: Kain
  48.
  49.
  50. Noble Houses
  51.
  52. TBD
  53.
  54. Republicans
  55. Story Importance: TBA?
  56.
  57. With the death of Helmut, the republicans were tossed up some but with the way the city is going and anger rising their profile has risen. Marija Elinek – the head of the Fate Weavers has taken over the head of the movement though she’s not a great speaker or a brilliant leader and there’s a feeling that the organization could make significant gains if someone else took over.
