Is it possible that you pick-up the car on September, 29th – 8:00 a.m. at DoubleTree Hilton Hurlingham, Ngong Lane, Ngong Road, Nairobi? If you need the car earlier (for the next rental) pick-up will be possible earliest on September, 28th starting at 06:00 p.m. Just let me know what suits best for you.
As the initial booking is with a drop off at the Roadtrip Africa office in Nairobi, it will be additional 30 USD for the pick-up. Can you apply these fees to the refund of 200 USD? Thus the refund would be 200 USD – 30 USD = 170 USD.
