I'm not "freaking out" about it, but my decision is based on the parts you highlighted, combined with your activity.
I didn't get to read the story as a whole yet (but he highlighted parts of the merits that actually do require an explanation) due to the masses of applications I have to go through daily.
Now, don't get me wrong. I truly appreciate you going out of your way writing such a story and I know this is not your problem that I'm flooded.

I'm simply saying that a 4700 words story is not required for a few merits/flaws, and it's really adding a lot more work on my shoulders now.

Considering it's impossible to get the whole image of the story from the highlighted sections I will go over it as a whole, re-evaluate and see what we can squeeze out of this. Please understand that it might take a bit longer.
