first thing to know : be close to the mogul and jump after that by a ZBA jump is faster than upped by the mogul himself. add that to the beginning fall and this is 1 frame faster.

here is another strat here , is to make 2 ZBA jump instead of an A jump , its a pixel faster

another fast strat is to make a short jump here instead of falling , this is 0,5 (and possibly 1) frame faster and make an easier alcove entry
