Lucifer is short, well dressed, very normal looking. Meanwhile his brother Baphomet is a tall goat man in a Hawaiian shirt and nothing else.

Baph's associated with the Knight Templar.
I think, rather than weed, he would be the one to (ironically) install a sense of righteousness into Charlie (alongside a few basic organizing and leading skills, which would inevitably become useful for the Hotel).
Unfortunately, the irony was lost on Charlie, and Lucifer didn't like the joke.
