  2. * Alucard walks in from a door in the room, after following the trail of the group for days
  3. <DM> *Last time, on ZURPG! You encountered Shady in a weird "monochrome" state in front of a dark portal in the Training Grounds. You were unable to wake him or even get past him, but Fran intervened and led you to Subrosia, where you found the sky was made of ice, and Subrosia Village was surrounded by a barrier of solid fire. You then found out the problem was coming from the Temple of Seasons, as two of its dungeons were open. Seeing as one party is already in the Fire Dungeon, you went into the Ice Dungeon.*
  4. <Sephiroth> "Days? We've been frozen in time here for a week. How could you follow something that's been frozen?"

  6. <DM> *And you faced off against a Winter Wolfos and a Freezard in just the entrance room.*
  7. <DM> *Alucard wanders in from behind as Fireblast mysteriously disappears. Coincidence?*
  8. <DM> *The door ahead is no longer blocked by the block of ice and appears to be unlocked.*
  9. <Sephiroth> "Fireblast is just afraid of cold. ... after all, he is a subrosian.”
  10. * Hal walks to the door that was just unblocked.
  11. <Alucard> I suppose I should introduce myself since I'm certain that you are all rather startled by my appearance
  12. * Sephiroth walks through Hal and goes through the newly unblocked doorway.
  13. * Alucard follows Hal
  14. <Alucard> (err sephiroth)
  15. <DM> (Character introduction DENIED)
  16. <DM> *You walk through the door as it comes off its hinges and lands with a resounding THUD on the cold, stone floor in front of you. You find yourself in a corridor with nothing special about it, asides from a large, steel door to the north, and a smaller brick door to the east.* (who makes doors made of bricks?)
  17. * Sephiroth walks over to the brick door and pokes at a brick.
  18. <DM> *The brick remains unamused, but the door does nudge just slightly.*
  19. * Hal pushes the brick door open slightly
  20. * Alucard walks over to the steel door and takes a closer look at the steel door, hoping to find a structural weakness
  21. * Sephiroth assists Hal and pushes the brick door open the rest of the way, ... then walking through the newly opened doorway.
  22. <DM> *The steel door shows no weakness, and it appears to be quite thick... and unlocked.*
  23. <DM> *The brick door opens and you walk through it.*
  24. * Hal slowly walks through the brick doorway.
  25. * Alucard follows after Hal, noting to himself that splitting up would not be a good idea at this point
  26. <DM> (oh man, party split = probably instant death here, lol)

  28. <DM> *You enter the room and immediately find another door to your left (North). The room itself is covered in snow up that comes up to your waist, and it appears to be higher up on the other side of the room, possibly up to your shoulders. In the southeast corner of the room, there appears to be another, smaller room, but it's blocked by a locked door. You can't see what's on the far side of the wall (East Wall) because of the snow that's blocking you.*
  29. * Hal slowly attempts to wade towards the North door.
  30. * Sephiroth pulls out his Lucky Shovel and goes to town with the snow, digging his way towards the east wall.
  31. <DM> *The snow is oddly pretty light, and you're able to walk through it without much trouble.*
  32. * Alucard moves out of the party's way and casts lesser hellfire to clear up the snow, he suspects an anbush here
