Flip the generator to not dump fluid
Pump Gas
Turn on Generator
Lower Tram
Destroy Red beam
Go back over the bridge, through Train station, teleport, go right, teleport, swap to Kaptar

Left, activate bridge, lower blocker, head to the beam, swap
pull in the cart deactivate the beam, swap back from inside the house
Head to the power station and turn it on
Take the elevator back to the start, turn the bridge to the dome
Walk through and take the gondola, exit and take the far right path, then head straight
Take the swap to Maray to open the door, and walk back to the bridge, swap back to Hunrath

run back to the dome, take the far teleport, swap to Maray

Go to the dead end, swap the bridge over
Swap back with the previous swapper, and proceed in the same way to the junction, go left
Kill the beam, go straight on the junction you just passed
Turn on the bridge to your right
- The Gauntlet -
1) Take the far swap, then bring back the small one
2) Take far, rotate, make bridge, swap, make bridge, swap
3) (Walk across, swap) x6
4) Rotate entire puzzle ccw, swap piece, backtrack to (2) and swap, return to puzzle, swap and rotate the straight piece.
Swap back to Mayar
Rotate entire puzzle ccw, swap, rotate twice, swap,
rotate puzzle ccw, backtrack to (2), swap, return to the piece, swap,
rotate puzzle ccw, go across, clear the blockage, return,
swap, rotate ccw (top button), swap back, rotate puzzle 180, go through to right, clear blockage,
return, rotate puzzle cw, go through, ride the gondola (walk into it backwards so it doesn't turn you around in a cutscene).
Input 222 into the pod machine (http://imgur.com/gallery/tNljy), and return to the top.
Walk into the Red Thing.
