  3. If you've made it particularly far in the game, you will quickly realize that your inventory isn't as big as it seems. Each "Category" of items at the bottom of your inventory, such as "Equipment," or "Tools." Has a maximum limit. The limit on Equipment is 30 for instance, and once it does hit that limit, regardless if your inventory has "Free Slots" left, you will no longer be able to pick up equipment. "But coldreactive, I can just buy more inventory space, right?" Sure, go ahead. Waste your money on something trivial like that. One slot is equivalent to one Orb. What's an Orb? It's the game's cash shop currency, and one Orb is roughly 1 USD. Each SINGULAR SLOT, requires 1 Orb. You could also instead buy a "30-Day Ticket," which increases the bag by 25 slots for 2.99 USD, or you could get 15 slots, but other added benefits like increased EXP Gain for 3.99 USD. Or perhaps you want only TEN extra Backpack slots but more of the extra benefits, just chuck 5 USD at them instead.

  5. Okay, let's move away from bags for a--oh, wait, I didn't even mention how crafting works. You know how all of those drops the enemies... well... drop have little icons? Well, those icons indicate what those drops can be "Processed" into. The metal ingot drops can be processed into, you guessed it, "Metal Points." What are "Metal Points"? They're a special currency system alongside "Cloth Points," "Beast Points," etc. that allow you to craft items and the like. You start off with a limit of 90000 Points, and can increase it with the aforementioned "30-Day Ticket" system, or by adding Character Slots.

  7. Yes, "Character Slots." You can make more than one character in this game. I was given two free ones over the course of my time playing. Each Character Slot gives you an extra 3000 Material Points to play with. However, unlike other MMOs, switching characters doesn't change certain aspects of how your character is customized... stats-wise. When you switch to a newly created character after having played with another character for a while, you'll note the newly created character has the gear you had on from the other character, and has the same inventory. Yes, really, they did this. Inventory is shared between characters. This includes the in-game Currency, "Spina." However, you'll immediately realize the new character doesn't have any skills unlocked the first character had, and you'll have to re-unlock any you want with your hard-earned Spina once again per character.

  9. The game has skill trees, which can be purchased per character, and you can have all of them on one character. You can purchase them from the Library NPC in the starter town. (Though the Loading Tips only mention the NPC by name and the city, not where they are in the city. As you unlock more skill trees, the cost for unlocking skill trees goes up, a lot. Thankfully, this increase isn't shared between characters, so the increase starts over per character, which made me sigh in relief when I found that out. The skill tree system can be a bit daunting, and quite vague at times. The game doesn't give much information on the effects of skills, just their basic nature and mechanics. The "Familiar" you can summon, which by default is a Black Cat and can have other appearances unlocked by spending Orbs, doesn't say it increases the amount of time the Familiar stays summoned for by 30 seconds per level, which would be really nice to know.
